Jacanà Churrascaria Brasiliana — Restaurant in Olbia

We drove pass the restaurant last night on the way to Porto Rotondo when we saw the restaurant’s beautiful sign so we called to book a table.

The restaurant has beautiful view, it’s recommended to come during June-July when 8pm is still bright so you can make the most of the scenery.

The buffet bar is amazing! I could just live with their salad and cold dishes. The meat…fantastic! They come with picanha all the time! My favourite of the night was picanha with truffle 🤩 I asked for it twice! In the buffet menu already comes with a dessert which is grilled cinnamon pieapple but I didn’t try that, instead I asked for Tiramisù which is made by the restaurant- it was good, much better than many pasticceria.

The staffs are mostly Brazilian, very polite and friendly. They also speak Italian and English.

I love this place, surely the best Churrasco on the island.

I made my reservation to this restaurant from home USA . It seemed so surreal. I booked for 8pm dinner . While we were there by the way a beautiful restaurant outdoors.. it was still daylight.. we were invaded by bees 🐝 all around the food us . I was in shocked like when does this ever happened. So they gave us these smoke incense to get them away.. it just made everything uncomfortable. Then , it got dark and they were all gone . The waiter informed us that after dark bees return to their place .. crazy . Other than this it was great the food and services . I wish they wouldn’t allow ppl to dine at this time because...

Devo ammettere che frequentando in passato questo luogo, in cui era presente un ottimo ristorante a base di pesce, mi è sembrata una rivoluzione tornare dopo otto anni e trovare questa trasformazione. Ammetto inoltre che non avevo granché di esperienza per questo tipo di servizio ( brasiliano ) e nemmeno l'offerta esclusivamente di carne, mi entusiasmava troppo, ma devo dire che ci siamo subito adattati e dopo pochi minuti cominciato ad assaporare e gestire il cambiamento. Il servizio è stato molto personale, gentile ed accomodante come ci si attende da un locale di questo tipo, ed è stato fondamentale per la riuscita della cena, che si è basata nel nostro caso in un menù " fisso " a 70€ a testa, oltre bevande, è che ( in sintesi) consisteva in un buffet di antipasti molto vari è sfiziosi e una continua offerta di carne allo spiedo di vario tipo, compreso formaggio tipo scamorza e ananas alla brace finale.Il tutto servito in spiedo ai tavoli da personale brasiliano, in rotazione continua. Devo ammettere che non siamo riusciti a concludere tutti i passaggi poiché l'antipasto ci aveva saziato anticipatamente. Proprio una buona esperienza, a livello globale, anche perché accompagnato da musica live di sottofondo e da un luogo, a bordo piscina, rilassante e molto scenografico. Parcheggio antistante, non molto ampio, ma c'è. Ovviamente per noi che eravamo nel grazioso residence Stella di Gallura, raggiungibile tramite un passaggio interno pedonale. Anche se la concorrenza è varia credo di poter suggerire un passaggio in questo luogo molto...
