La Palma — Restaurant in Olbia

The service is extremely rude. The owner is arrogant and aloof. He will almost not look into your eyes and just take your order. He feels above everyone else. He will treat you very differently than the others he commonly knows so if you're a new visitor and speak a different language other than Italian, forget it! We waited 45 minutes just to receive the menu and then another 50 minutes to receive the food. It took us almost 3 hours for the whole ordeal. In the end, the food was nothing special, very poorly decorated for the exaggerated price you pay and the experience in general was just below average. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. You're better off going to a typical, inexpensive restaurant where they serve you plenty at affordable prices and not having to deal with the egotism and sense of superiority of these people. If anyone recommends you this place... run! Your money and time is better spent...

Non capisco le recensioni positive. Sembra che in questo ristorante si sia smarrito il senso del gusto e della decenza. Andiamo a cena in due, cameriere cortese, ci viene consigliato l'antipasto misto caldo di mare a 25 euro a testa. Arriva un piatto da portata, tutto freddo, con dei pezzetti di polpo freddi neanche marinati, due alici insipide, alcune cozze sgusciate totalmente insapori miste a dei fagioli e alcune cozze sempre sgusciate miste a della cipolla cruda. Ci sono anche due pezzettini di sgombro, insapori e senza alcuna marinatura o condimento. Chiude il cerchio anche un piatto di cozze gratinate, 6 nello specifico, con una gratinatura dal sapore troppo forte di formaggio che copriva totalmente il lievissimo sapore della cozza quasi insipida. Prendo anche uno spaghetto con cozze sgusciate e bottarga per 18 euro, porzione abbondante ma totalmente insapore, le cozze sgusciate le stesse dall'antipasto, un pochino di bottarga nessuna risottatura, nessun legante, praticamente una pasta in bianco con sopra delle cozze e della bottarga totalmente slegate. Prendiamo anche un contorno. Totale 87 euro, in due: 2 antipasti 50 euro, 1 primo 18 euro, 1 contorno 6 euro, ben 6 euro di coperto in due e un acqua e una coca per 7 euro. Mi sembra uno sproposito per la qualità davvero bassa del cibo e della cucina. Sconsigliato e onestamente non comprendo tutte queste recensioni positive, basterebbe un giro in Sicilia, Calabria o Puglia e entrare in qualsiasi ristorante simile per rendersi conto dell'abissale differenza di qualità dei...

Das Restaurant bekommt trotz des guten Essens nur 3 Sterne. Wirklich gastfreundlich war der Kellner nicht, hab das Gefühl gehabt dass Touristen nicht wirklich willkommen sind. Die Preise wirken auf den ersten Blick für italienische Verhältnisse ‚normal‘, jedoch wurde dann komischerweise mehr verrechnet als auf der Karte stand (hab einen Fisch bestellt der meines Wissens nach 20€ kostet und dann wurden mir 22€ verrechnet). Naja vielleicht habe ich beim bestellen was falsch gemacht. Ich spreche leider kein Italienisch, was der Kellner natürlich sofort gemerkt hat, und trotzdem hat er nur auf Italienisch gesprochen. Hab mir nichts dabei gedacht aber am Ende hat er dann auf deutsch gefragt ob wir nur ein Glas Wein bestellt haben oder doch zwei. Hab mich ein bisschen verarscht gefühlt, weil er ja sogar deutsch spricht. Naja das Essen schmeckt gut, jedoch lässt der Service zu...
