Very disappointing – not worth the money. I ordered the Zuppa di Cozze and it was far too salty. While the mussels themselves were okay, the soup was almost inedible. My husband’s dish was even more disappointing – €22 for frozen chips and frozen Fritto di Calamari. When we spoke to the manager, he claimed that in Olbia you “won’t find fresh Fritto di Calamari,” which is hard to believe. To be fair, the manager did remove the Zuppa di Cozze from our bill, but the overall experience was ruined. The open kitchen revealed chefs behaving unprofessionally with the food, which was off-putting to watch. Sadly, this is not a place I would recommend to anyone. If you enjoy salty soup, frozen seafood, and paying premium prices for it – this is your place. My Zuppa di Cozze was so salty it could season a year’s worth of meals. My husband’s €22 plate? Frozen chips and frozen calamari. The “open kitchen” offered front-row seats to unprofessional chef behaviour. Manager removed one dish from the bill, but the experience left a bad taste – literally.

Nous avons récemment eu l'occasion de déjeuner au Tredicizerouno, et je dois dire que notre expérience a été quelque peu décevante. Malgré l'accueil prometteur que l'on pourrait attendre d'un établissement de cette envergure, j'ai été surpris par le service. En effet, bien que le personnel soit en nombre suffisant et que la salle ne soit pas bondée, nous avons attendu près de 30 minutes avant que notre commande ne soit prise. Ce délai, particulièrement long, a entaché notre expérience. L'attente était d'autant plus frustrante que le restaurant semblait bien organisé, et je m'attendais à un service plus réactif. Un bon accueil et une prise de commande rapide sont souvent les fondations dans la restauration, et malheureusement, cela n'a pas été le cas lors de notre visite. J'espère que cette situation était exceptionnelle et que l'équipe prendra conscience de l'importance d'un service efficace, même lorsque le restaurant n'est pas à pleine capacité. Je reste néanmoins curieux de revenir pour goûter d'autres mets, car tout de même le déjeuner était tout de même très bon. En espérant que l'accueil sera à la hauteur des attentes la prochaine fois.

I loveeeeee the desserts. If I understand correctly, they’re from Conad. The food is also good! Unexpectedly great, actually. I had carbonara, ceasar salad and pasta al ragu…all good! The service is also fast and efficient. I really love their pastries, I wat here and also take away from Conad. The best value & taste!

Malgré l'accueil prometteur que l'on pourrait attendre d'un établissement de cette envergure, j'ai été surpris par le service. En effet, bien que le personnel soit en nombre suffisant et que la salle ne soit pas bondée, nous avons attendu près de 30 minutes avant que notre commande ne soit prise. I loveeeeee the desserts. If I understand correctly, they’re from Conad. The food is also good! Unexpectedly great, actually. I had carbonara, ceasar salad and pasta al ragu…all good! The service is also fast and efficient. I really love their pastries, I wat here and also take away from Conad. The best value & taste!

Questo giorni sono stata ad Olbia per motivi di salute, quindi ho approfittato per andare varie volte e a orari vari sia al C.C Olbiamare che all'area di servizio poco distante. Due realtà completamente diverse. Area di servizio...locale pulito e accogliente, servizio ottimo, cameriere il top, prezzi un po' sopra la media ma ok, stai uscendo dal Mater hai fame e sete non ci badi...1 panino con polpo 1 con cotoletta, 1 ichnusa 1 coca 18€. Seconda esperienza C.C Olbiamare, location invitante, tavolo appiccicoso servizio giorno 1 ottimo, cameriere super attento (era lo stesso dell'area di servizio) 1 cono gelato 2 gusti più una cialda 3 gusti, un acqua una birra 0,40 22€. Giorno 2...esperienza che mi ha fatto passare la voglia di tornarci. Ci accoglie 1 cameriera (la migliore di tutto il servizio) e ci chiede quasi all'istante cosa desideriamo bere, un altra cameriera viene a prendere la comanda, un po' stizzita da un indecisione mia. Arrivano i piatti, 2 calamari fritti 1 con contorno 1 senza (per scelta del commensale) una paranza (sbagliata, ma corretta prontamente dalla 1°cameriera) con patate al forno. Il fritto era buono? Si, anche se rivedrei le patate al forno. Ma la cameriera che si piazza davanti al tavolo per prendere i piatti mentre stavo finendo, non di può vedere. Non contenta arriva una 3 cameriera che porta via alla velocità della luce, pane e oliera. Se anche avessi voluto prendere altro, beh mi è passata la voglia, decisione confermata al momento del conto...se aggiungo 1 acqua 1 coca con ghiaccio e limone ed una 0,40, arriviamo a circa 78€. Decisamente troppo per il tipo di locale, le porzioni ed il servizio. Sono una cliente esigente? Ni, ma prima di tutto sono anche una persona del settore, e mai avrei permesso un comportamento ed un servizio del genere al personale. Lo consiglio? L'area di servizio 10/10 il C.C 5/10, il secondo è completamente da rivedere il servizio in sale di alcuni elementi, che ahimè danneggiano il lavoro...

Sprofondata nel comodo divanetto che guarda sulla sala in gusto minimal, l'occhio mi è caduto su una vetrinetta, dove fan elegante mostra di sé delle belle bambole in costume, in semplice bianco e nero, in tinta con il sale e pepe della sala. Intanto, agile, arriva la signorina di nero vestita, a prendere le ordinazioni. Una paranza e ravioli al formaggio conditi col ragù. Passa appena il guizzo di uno swif e di uno swaf e tutto è sul tavolo e buonissimo. Acqua e pane già serviti. Mi tuffo poi, ingolosita, sul tiramisu che se ne sta affogato in un barattolino e assaggio un cuoricino di pastafrolla ricamato di pistacchi. Oh che delizia al gusto d'amore nell'umida frolla saporosa! Ecco, ora mi alzo e chiedo, nasona, perché il locale si chiama così e scopro, un poco delusa, che è il numero identificativo del reparto birre. Vabbè. Niente storie romantiche. Avanti a naso diritto. Il locale nasce barbaricino, a Nuoro, e il suo inventore è di Ottana uno dei tanti paesi che cominciano per "o" che sono sassolini preziosi intorno a "Nugoro amada" (io ho visitato solo Oliena con il suo monte Corrasi e ne conservo un quadretto d'incanto). Da bambina pensavo che non amada fosse quella strana "Nugoro", ma amara, come mi pareva di sentire. Mi sbagliavo. Ora il locale, giunto a Olbia, raddoppia. Auguri! Va bene punto e a capo. Ah la stella in meno per l'ambiente è motivata dalla musica troppo alta per i miei gusti antichi. Abbiate pazienza, dai.
