It was the most expensive burger I had in my life but the taste was below average. Unfortunately I can not recommend this place. Although we came in a good mood and we were looking forward to the meals. But we were not satisfied nor with the meals, nor with the service and especially not with the pricing which did not at all match the quality.
In other words, for 16+ EUR burger I expect much more. As well for 6 EUR mandatory couvert, I would expect the service to take away empty plates and glasses from my table (at least when they bring more, they could remove the old) - long time I have not experienced such a disgrace, even in much cheaper places.

A) Couvert of 3€/person is fine, if you could really deliver what we ordered, not mess it up, not leave out table full of used dishes etc. and not dispute our choices of meals from your menu - meals that you offer - and don’t say stuff like “this choice is not good” and “i would not recommend that” - why is it on the menu then? Why were you trying to force us repeatedly into getting 30€+ appetisers while we already wanted to order stuff for 54€ for two people? Then make rude and unprofesional notes about us not getting apetisers. There was nowhere stated we have to order what the waiter suggests. Never heard of such procedures.
B) Do I understand correctly that you are saying we should not be unsatisfied because we got two hand towel “gifts” in the end? Oh, such a special gift! Not really. It’s regular and almost mandatory in even much cheaper bistro type venues. Look, if you serve a bad meal, in bad order, with bad notes and long wait, overpriced… towel really does not make a difference.
C) You say it’s not your fault and the problem is that we chose wrong items from the menu. We literally chose some of the most basic burgers from you menu. And the meat, the taste, the fries… it simply was not good, not made well, not made of good ingerdience. So who’s else fault it is? I’m not the one running the restaurant. I thought you did…
D) Regarding your comment about us coming without a reservation – Hope we didn’t cause too much trouble by coming without reservation to an almost an empty restaurant. You shoudl have rejected us, really.
Look, to summarse it - you forced us to order thing we didn’t want, you made rude comments about our choices from your menu, you let us wait for a long time and then only brought some crackers, you then bring the food in wrong order, the repeatedly forget to bring away the empty used dishes from our small table, then the food is bad and you charge unfair prices for that… maybe you can understand my frustration. Read moreI will not be exaggerateing to say that this was the worst restaurant I visited in the last 5 years. And I do visit many new places often. I’d even say this is a trap or a scam.
The food was terrible, it seemed frozen and of poor quality. The restaurant was poorly decorated, the atmosphere was unpleasant, and the service was rude and hostile. The prices were very high for such a negative experience.
Just read the owner's responses to 1-star reviews to understand: instead of accepting criticism, he insults customers, denies the facts, and always tries to blame the guests. Confirmation that this over priced and over rated place is not worth your money.
