Googled for a place to dine and decided on this based on the positive reviews … proved to be a very good decision! Service was very personable and attentive and we were checked upon thruout our meal for our comfort with the food or anything else, super!

Had starters of calamari panzanella - asked for more basil leaves and I had a very satisfying start using half a leaf, fill it up with the mix of panzanella n half cherry tomato n a bit of calamari .. all in one slow bite .. exquisite! He had anchovies with spaghetti and couldn’t stop marvelling at the taste👍🏻 Followed by Pappardelle in octopi sauce … an interesting combo in flavours .. very fresh! He had stew beef cheeks … melt in your mouth texture 👍🏻 and with a beer, frizz ate and two glasses of house red we paid just over €81 . .. was expecting around a €100 so that was a very pleasant...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this place and was thoroughly impressed by the delightful ambiance and exceptional cuisine. The ribollita, in particular, stood out as the most exquisite I have ever tasted, with rich and perfectly balanced flavors that made for an unforgettable dining experience. The service was exemplary; the staff were not only friendly but also highly knowledgeable, demonstrating clear expertise in their roles. Eravamo in 2 e prenotato alle 21:30. La persona che era con me è intollerante al glutine e al lattosio ( già ampiamente detto durante l’ordinazione più volte ). Ci comunicano che il pesce è finito solo mentre stavamo già ordinando E date le intolleranze, l’altra persona praticamente non poteva mangiare nulla. Dopo svariati tentativi ( da parte nostra ) di trovare un piatto utile a non farla rimanere a digiuno, ordiniamo un piatto di baccalà esplicitamente chiesto al forno con delle patate. Ci arriva il baccalà in crema di cipolle con latte e burro- come da menu- ma che chiaramente non andava bene per l’intolleranza. Allora io dico una cosa, nel 2023 come si può non avere una mini opzione per chi ha intolleranze? È la prima volta che mi succede e sono rimasta abbastanza dispiaciuta soprattutto perché non si sono minimamente scusati o dimostrati dispiaciuti per l’accaduto. Il cibo ottimo ma Non ho mangiato il pesce che aver finito già alle 21:30, è stata una barzelletta, ma succede. Personale freddo, senza mai fare un sorriso tranne un solo ragazzo a cui ho lasciato con molto piacere la mancia per il semplice fatto di essersi mostrato cordiale, gentile e sempre col sorriso . Questo fa tanto quando lavorate con il pubblico. Per il resto, mi sono sentita fuori luogo, quasi come se dovessimo andar via.
