Absolutely love this little cafe and the staff. It has been such a treat visiting Orte and discovering this little gem of a town. We like this cafe so much we visited twice in a three week period while visiting Lazio. Great little courtyard across from the cafe in front of the church. We were there when the church opened up for tours, very interesting this Etruscan history. We enjoyed some Pinza one day and then pastries for breakfast on our second visit. Affordable and close to the historic Piazza. Definitely a keeper if you are visiting Orte.

In viaggio verso Pisa,sotto suggerimento di amici,abbiamo deciso di sostare ad Orte dove ci hanno consigliato di venire per assaggiare le loro magnifiche Pinse. Ci accomodiamo all'estero, circondati da un'atmosfera familiare e genuina. Abbiamo preso tre pinze da dividere in quattro,una Gricia,una Bufalina e una metà Carbonara e metà Provola e Pancetta. A dir poco saporite!! L'impasto della pinsa era croccante e friabile,il condimento era cremoso e corposo. Consigliatissimo! Torneremo ogni qualvolta ci troveremo da queste parti

Fantastica location.in pieno centro storico di orte.un luogo magico e pieno di storia.sembra che il tempo si fermi quando si gusta una pinsa meravigliosa come pochi in italia sanno fare.non tropo spessa,ben cotta e ben condita.completano la magia,la cortesia, la gentilezza del personale che con modo spiazzante dimostra tutta l'educazione di cui tanti ne sono sprovvisti e ne avrebbero bisogno..
