My dad, my fiancé, and I decided to visit Mustafà for a truly local experience, and it didn’t disappoint. This hidden gem serves up authentic southern Italian flavors, spotlighting specialties from Salento. Every dish was a delight, from the perfectly crafted orecchiette to the savory polpette and grilled specialties. The atmosphere is charmingly rustic, and the staff, along with their lovely Nonna, make you feel right at home with their warmth and hospitality. If you’re after genuine, home-style Italian cuisine, Mustafà is the place to go.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here, at Lorenzo, for 5 nights. We had a beautiful experience. The accomodation is very nice, and clean. The restaurant has amazing food, especially the pasta and wine. It is located in a small italian village. Just keep in mind that there are two rooms to let and pyu have to share a bathroom. So I recommend going with friends.

Una vera chicca trovata per caso lungo la strada verso Otranto! La trattoria ha un’atmosfera semplice e spartana (possibile cenare in giardino d'estate, in inverno suppongo sia disponibile solo la cantina trattandosi di una vera e propria casa), ma nel senso più autentico e positivo: qui conta la sostanza. Il menù è ampio e vario, con piatti di pesce e carne che richiamano la tradizione locale. Pesce fresco e ben cucinato. Non abbiamo avuto modo di provare i primi (che sembravano invitanti), ma i secondi si sono rivelati abbondanti e molto soddisfacenti. A completare il tutto, i prezzi bassi: ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Un indirizzo da ricordare per chi cerca sapori genuini, porzioni generose e spesa contenuta, in un ambiente schietto e accogliente.
