We (a group of 10 friends) were there for our last dinner in Italy. We arrived without a reservation just after they opened and they were able to accommodate us. The staff was awesome considering a half hour after we sat down the place was packed. They were courteous and attentive. Most had pizzas, a couple had calzones, one couple shared a salad along with their pizza. No complaints from anyone. Circa una settimana fa siamo venuti a mangiare, il 14/08. La ragazza che ci ha accolti non parlava bene l’italiano. Mi è sembrata una cameriera nuova, nulla di male nel non parlare italiano ma in Italia dovrebbe essere un requisito essenziale per una cameriera di un ristorante. Non ha saputo dirci i vini, non ci ha chiesto nemmeno da bere oppure pane o i grissini. Inoltre quando è venuta a prendere l’ordine, lo ha preso in ritardo perché stava per ore a chiacchierare con i clienti degli altri tavoli, dell’Iran e delle sue origini, sentivamo tutti i discorsi perché praticamente urlava. Ha sbagliato l’ordinazione e ci ha messo davvero tantissimo a prenderla perché non capiva le parole, è stata una impresa quasi impossibile. Arrivate le pizze ce le ha appoggiate con violenza quasi facendole cadere addosso a noi, perché i piatti scottavano forse, ma bastava chiedere e l’avremmo aiutata noi. Non si è nemmeno scusata, le abbiamo mangiate lo stesso, le pizze erano buonissime anche se non quelle richieste. Alla fine non è nemmeno riuscita a spiegarci i dolci al che abbiamo deciso di non prenderli proprio perché eravamo davvero delusi. Consiglio ai titolari di scegliere con maggior criterio il personale, ragazze carine che fanno la passerella in sala ma non sono competenti oppure non hanno voglia di lavorare non servono e fanno passare la voglia di tornare.
