Escape Room Padova - IN FUGA — Attraction in Padua

We arrived at the place and they told us that our reservation was apparently made for the wrong day. No one called or sent an email to us to tell us that. Edit to answer: that is most definitely not true and my review is absolutely fair as we just didn't get the product we booked - I also have no missed call or message on my phone and when I called you, you told me you spoke with a friend but the only number you had was mine. When I told you that, you changed your story and said I didn't pick up the call (that just didn't happen as my phone was on the whole day). Sending an email was also an option, no?

We made the reservation on the 11/03 at night around 23h for the FOLLOWING day. How is it possible to book an experience that is in the past? Cool riddles and authentic room. We as Germans did "la casa dei misteri". English is fine, but you should know the Number 1-10 in italien. Esperienza stupenda, stimolante e ricreativa. L ho affrontata in maniera divertita, ambiente abbastanza creepy, ma non tanto spaventoso, sicuramente per l assenza di interazioni con jumpscare, personalmente mi sarei divertito ancora di più con la componente paura, ma ciò non toglie la fantastica esperienza e la grande difficoltà nel risolvere l escape room. Ho svolto la Casa dei Misteri, eravamo in 4 per un totale di 33 euro (25 per 1 ora, 8 per mezz ora aggiuntiva), grazie alla mezz ora aggiuntiva e agli indizi dosati e mirati di Simone(ragazzo che controllava le nostre mosse) siamo riusciti ad uscire. Traendo le somme, piacevole, interessante, forse un filo costosetto, ma perfettamente in linea coi prezzi del settore. Consiglio a chiunque piace scervellarsi per risolvere grattacapo, come a chi vuole fare qualcosa di diverso in compagnia...
