McDonald's — Restaurant in Padua

The cappuccino is perfect. It is one of the best cappuccinos that I ever had, it is flavorful, not too bitter, not too sweet and perfect creaminess. The pastries and the cakes are superb as well. I love eating the Brioche with jam and the Treccia alla crema in the morning. The pastries and cakes are in the proper temperature, excellent texture, just the right sweetness and volume. I went here almost everyday and the service crew were very polite, and very fast with their service, especially Jeffy. It doesn't take into account the lack of knowledge of the older and pensioner's generation on using the new tools to order. The over 70's aren't always with grandkids and do not know how to operate to order their favourite food and drinks. I, personally was a witness.

Ho chiesto allo staff un informazione su come partecipare al concorso il must di mc davanti alla cassa, perché abbiamo 4telefoni che da lo stesso errore. un certo punto trovo un scarafaggio , il direttore prende il MIO SCONTRINO lo schiaccia e butta via. Subito dopo mi chiede dove era il mio scontrino. Ho spiegato che ha usato IL MIO SCONTRINO per schiacciare quel maledetto scarafaggio. I staff hanno cominciato a ridere, e il “direttore”continuano a chiedermi dove sta lo scontrino, dopo aver ripetuto più volte che hanno usato il mio scontrino. il direttore raccoglie quel scontrino SPORCO e me la ridato. A parte che in un ristorante non può esistere un scarafaggio davanti alla cassa e cucina, poi un atteggiamento scorretto come questo non mi sembra giusto ed è poco professionale dal punto di vista del cliente.
