I think the arancine here are a bit overrated. The filling had too much meat for me, not enough peas or tomatoes. The outer breadcrumbs are too small, giving the arancina a smooth aspect. It should be a bit more textured on the outside. It is certainly a popular place (maybe thanks to online reviews?). The location is great! Stayed in the centre of Palermo and chose this place to pass by on our way to our hike onto mount pellegrino. It's a bit secluded but suddenly you see Italian men with a BMI that says they know good food swarming around. And it is magnificent, the arrancini are amazing. Took one to eat on the spot and one in the backpack for later during the hike....
