Nice pizza with generous topping but poor service on the whole and a management devoid of acumen but not greed. Meals arrived intermittently, some parts forgotten, beer was not cold on an intensely hot day. At one point we asked a waiter for one aperol spritz and he advised us to ask someone else as he was very bad at remembering orders! Dispute at the end over 3 euros we refused to pay for a side salad that never arrived. We were forcibly asked to pay so that their accounts weren't messed up. Then we pointed out the slow service and were told by the manager it was because we arrived at the wrong time when everyone else was arriving. He asked us what was he supposed to do? Maybe a course on how to run a hospitality business would help. He also said that this was typically how Italy worked. I truly loved this place. They happily seated us in the piazza, despite the fact that we were early for a Friday night meal in Italy. We had a big plate of mixed seafood for antipasto, then a plate of raw vegetables to dip in olive oil. (I do this all the time at home so I was delighted I could order it -- I wish I could remember what they called it on the menu.) Then a couple of excellent pizzas. We are holidaying in Sardinia from Australia. We had an amazing seafood dinner on one night so we returned the next night. The seafood antipasti was delicious (the same as the previous night) but the pizza was simply awful. It was brought out before the antipasti which was strange. After the antipasti the same pizza was brought out again so it was tough and dry. We asked for olive oil to try to make it edible. It wasn’t! The staff showed no interest.
