We can for Eicma. At the lobby of our hotel they told us it’s a good pizza.

25 min walking and I get there. It’s ok if it was good, which wasn’t!

Ordered pizza 4 cheese and risotto parmigiana. I asked for extra cheese on the side because my husband loves he cheeese!!!!

I got home and we opens risotto 😅 It was just porridge on the water , ZERO CHEESE OR ANY SAUSE!!! It’s called rice!not risotto!!!!!

I was nice and I tipped them but they would even offered am a seat to have a drink while im waiting ( he stay drink here by the door on the way 🤣) ( I order the spritz- the smallest I’ve been seen in Italy), I had to go outside not to be on the way of exit).

Pizza was not good at all, minimum cheese and lots of bread!).

Not sure why they hate tourist so much. We eat a lot and we tip( I tipped 30%!!!!!!!) for empty rice 😂we tried to fed homeless cat but it wouldn’t eat it as well.

Asked the restaurant if they did take-away. They responded positively by presenting us the menu. Three of our friends picked a pasta (€16). Upon our arrival at home we discovered the pasta included 8 pieces of ravioli with some green pesto. We took our disappointment to one of the restaurant employees who fully understood our problem and predicament. Unfortunately the restaurant manager decided not to give us either a refund or a different meal. I advice the restaurant to never do take away again if your concept is based around service and not product (the pasta was very adequate). The main restaurant employee was very respectful and understanding but the management failed to find a compromise to suit the situation. Probably a nice place to eat but shouldn't be...

Ecco cosa succede quando il personale non è in grado di eseguire il proprio lavoro e risulta scortese e sgarbato.(vediamo se il proprietario o chi per esso si ricorda dell' accaduto). Dopo circa 40 minuti d' attesa è arrivato finalmente il primo. La scelta del piatto "pasta fresca con le aragostelle",era stampato e incollato sul menù" ho pensato che fosse un piatto consigliato dallo chef". Finalmente il mio primo assaggio, una delusione,la pasta era fredda, e il sugo ovviamente era morto e in attesa del funerale. GENTILMENTE RICHIAMO IL CAMERIERE. Riporta il piatto in cucina e come per magia dopo 10 minuti.... HANNO SOSTITUITO LA TIPOLOGIA DI PIATTO, PRIMA PIANO E POI FONDO. N1 IMMERSA DI NUOVO NELL'ACQUA N2 RISALTATA IN PADELLA ( SECONDO GIRO ERA PIÙ ANEMICO IL SUGO) N3 TUTTO IN MICROONDE! BRAVIIIIIIII MI SONO ALZATO,CON GENTILEZZA HO CHIESTO IL CONTO, HO PAGATO E SONO SCAPPATO.

Un messaggio per il cuoco: la prossima volta, se hai tutta questa voglia di uscire dalla cucina, non nasconderti dietro il bancone della sala per vedere chi è il tuo nemico e sparlare e ridere insieme al cameriere del piatto che hai dovuto rifare, e puntarmi il dito contro facendo battutine inutili. Anche se non faccio il tuo stesso lavoro, ti posso garantire che ogni fine mese, se non acquisto la fiducia di almeno 2/3 clienti, il secondo devo chiedere cassa!
