Osteria Pasqualon — Restaurant in Pesaro

Wir waren absolut begeistert von der Osteria Pasqualon! Das Lokal liegt etwas versteckt in einer Seitengasse nahe eines großen Platzes und wirkt von außen unscheinbar, innen ist es jedoch größer und sehr gemütlich.

Die Karte ist klein und übersichtlich, was die Auswahl leicht macht. Es gibt tolle Vorspeisen, fantastische Pasta und auch die Fleischgerichte der Nachbartische sahen sehr gut aus. Wir hatten dazu einen Muskatwein, der leicht und aromatisch war.

Mein Geheimtipp: Parmigiana – Aubergine in Tomatensoße mit Käse überbacken, als Beilage bestellt und unglaublich lecker! Auch Vegetarier finden hier eine gute Auswahl. Preislich ist alles absolut fair, dazu gibt es eine kleine Servicepauschale von 2 € pro Person inklusive Brotkorb, was völlig in Ordnung ist.

Der Service ist sehr freundlich, spricht teils auch Englisch, und es gibt ein englisches Menü per QR-Code (nur ist der Empfang im Lokal etwas schwach). Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Es gibt leider nur je eine Toilette für Damen und Herren.

Unsere Wahl: • Crescia di Urbino (Vorspeise) • Tagliatelle al ragù bianco di cinghiale (Wildschweinragout) • Tortelli verdi al formaggio di fossa (der Käse ist eher mild) • Parmigiana • Tiramisu

Fazit: Ein echtes Juwel, authentisch, herzlich und mit fantastischer Küche....

Food was nothing short of amazing! You can taste the local products for a very reasonable price in a cozy atmosphere. Just be careful if you're coming by car as Google maps makes you enter ZTL (limited traffic zones) streets where access is not allowed. Just make sure to park outside ZTL and enjoy...

Esperienza veramente ottima. Partiamo dal locale, che è stato ristrutturato recentemente, le tre sale sono molto accoglienti ed una più bella dell'altra. Noi abbiamo optato per due "salumi e formaggi del territorio" e due "fantasie dell'orto e del sottobosco". Tutto buonissimo e a km zero, la lonza credo il più buon affettato che io abbia mai mangiato in assoluto. Il tutto accompagnato da crescia di Urbino e birra artigianale Collesi. Alla fine dolce, caffè e digestivi offerti dalla casa. Siamo usciti che scoppiavamo da quanto abbiamo mangiato! Conto € 79, considerando tutto quello che abbiamo ordinato assolutamente in linea. Il personale è molto gentile e preparato, ti spiegano per filo e per segno la provenienza delle loro materie prime e la preparazione dei loro piatti. Bravi, speriamo di poterci tornare...
