The location and the views are gorgeous. House wine is great, Celso - highly recommend, light and pungent. It took some time for the waiter to take our order, perhaps cause we were early guests. Now to the food. Just because I’m not Italian, doesn’t mean I don’t know what al dente means. It might come as a surprise but many countries are following Italian way of cooking pasta. My fish carbonara was definitely on the crunchy side. The other guests at the table gave it a go and we all agreed it was too al dente. My friend ordered passatelli, cooking time of spaghetti and passatelli is different, perhaps this caused my carbonara crunch (just a guess as both dishes arrived together). But the worth part is how this critique was received by the waiter. There wasn't even a hint of considering that we might be right. Instead we received a lecture that Italian pasta must be al dente cause of the grain it made of. Then he went to the back and was telling to the staff about "these tourists that don't know Italian way of cooking". All that i have to say: there is a difference between al dente and CRUNCHY, 2 extra boiling min would make it perfect. Fish pasta sauce was delicious though, so I ate that. Sea bass was over salted and chewy. Seems like the cook had his timing wrong here as well. Tiramisu was blend, almost no coffee flavor, marsala or even rum were definitely absent. We didn’t even bother voicing these opinions, what’s the point, clearly critique is not taken on board at this restaurant. We were very surprised with the table fee 6 EUR, they even charged 4 EUR for the bread basket. First time this happened to me in Italy. Usually restaurant is proud of their breads and wants the guest to taste it free of charge, while they are busy making delicious food. Sono stata al mare ed è stato fantastico arrivare in questo ristorante. Tutte le vetrate erano aperte, eravamo quasi a strapiombo sul mare, che si sente e si respira. Atmosfera marina, raffinata, per intenderci tovaglia con sottotovaglia a righe color blu e sabbia, tovaglioli di cotone, ampi spazi fra i tavoli, pianoforte, ci festeggiano anche matrimoni. Tuttavia ti senti a tuo agio in copricostume e ciabattine salendo dalla spiaggia per pranzo, questo è merito del personale, cordiale e presente, senza essere invadente. Ho visto anche dei bimbi a pranzo e li hanno accontentati pazientemente. Venendo al cibo, ho preso una degustazione di antipasti caldi e freddi, basta e avanza per un pranzo intero, grande varietà e molti assaggi di pesce diversi, che arrivano scaglionati. Piacevole sorpresa pane e focaccia fatti in casa. Al caffè mi è arrivata anche una crostata all'arancia amara, ho fatto presente che non l'avevo ordinata, mi hanno detto che era un assaggio che mi offrivano, buonissima, fatta in casa e si sentiva, mi fa piacere, sono figlia di panettieri e lo apprezzo molto. Tempi di attesa normali per una domenica a pranzo con il ristorante pieno circa 20 minuti. Prezzo sui 35 Euro per due persone: antipasto gigante, acqua e caffè. Molto...

Pessimo. Ve lo descrivo step by step ... accoglienza : nessuno all entrata ...il nulla cosmico con luci spente , un tipo col grembiule sporco e che si guardava il cellulare ci dice di andare in fondo scocciato che ha dovuto staccare gli occhi dal telefono! In fondo... nessuno . Giriamo un po’ tra bancone e tavoli e decidiamo di uscire x andarcene ... spunta una cameriera che ci dice di metterci dove vogliamo con L entusiasmo di una condannata a morte ! In altra cameriera serve il tavolo a fianco al nostro con la camicia sbottonata sulla panza ... e senza mascherina . Se avete problemi personali e avete deciso di non investire nella ristrutturazione ne sul cuoco/a ... prendete una decisione e lasciate la gestione a chi magari valorizzerebbe il locale che è davvero in un posto da favola! non capisco L accanimento a starvene lì ... la smettereste di fregare con piatti miseri, cotti male e presentati peggio... però attenzione : non vi siete depressi quando avete aggiornato i prezzi dopo covid !!!! La recensione dove parla di ottime delizie ... non sa cosa è la cucina di pesce e sono stati ‘troppo buoni‘ davvero come dice lei signor proprietario ! davvero una delusione ... dovevamo imbroccare L uscita subito...
