Pleasant gourmet cooking experience. It’s the only restaurant in Pescara city center that offer something different and unique. The restaurant interiors has just few tables but the environment is clean and modern with open kitchen view. The food is tasty with surprising and wonderful aroma and texture. There are some interesting aroma combination made with local food. “Tortello cacio a pepe” is an explosion of flavor for your senses. I expect to see this restaurant higher in the ranking soon.

To start, the service was impeccable. The wine list was expansive with many options and pairings available for any options you choose on the menu. My only complaint was that the lamb was fried to a well done temperature and was extremely oily to the point that I was unable to finish the third course.

Ho mangiato per la seconda volta con la mia famiglia in questo locale al centro di Pescara. Locale piccolo, ma confortevole, dallo stile moderno e con cucina a vista. La cucina rispecchia lo stile del locale, moderna, estrosa e con sapori forti a contrasto, ma sapientemente equilibrati. Lo chef propone vari menù in base al numero delle portate scelte, sia di terra, che di mare. Il proprietario è attento a qualsiasi esigenza del cliente, anche a quelle dei più piccoli e molto preparato, così da poter consigliare in maniera sapiente la scelta del menù e il suo abbinamento vini (buona la cantina). Esperienza consigliata sia a chi vive, sia a chi si trova di passaggio a Pescara. Qualcosa migliorabile come sempre, ma semplicemente per poter ottenere una stella dalla guida Michelin. Complimenti!

My family and I came here last week for their tasting menu. It was out of this world. It was one of the best restaurants I have been to (and I've been all over the world). Food was really good, but really really small portion. You need to order the whole menu to be satisfied. We have ordered only main dish, and that was really not enough. Waitress was friendly, she translated the whole menu, but when we ordered only one main food, it was like we dissapear.
