맛집. 양고기 드세요. One of the best lamb dish we had. Normally I reserve my fifth star til my second visit, but making an exception this time. FOOD: Ordered lamb, lamb sticks, and cittarinna (tomatoe sauce pasta). Lambs were perfectly cooked. No smell or after taste and they were lightly seasoned to retain the flavor. Juicy, chewy, absolutely fantastic. The pasta was also the best meat pasta (Better than bologna's ragu pasta in my opinion). Interestingly they also bought spicy green pepper on the side which was perfect compliment. And none need to be said about the tiramisu (it was goooooood). SERVICE: Friendly and attentive. Professionally serviced (clean plates and utensils for each meal) and friendly interaction. Waiter and chef were fantastic. LOCATION: Place was easy to find but no dedicated parking. Plenty of free street parking so you just have to look for it. PRICE: Everything priced at local rate (not touristy priced). Just look at someone's post. Pastas are less than €10 (@ +€10 quality), house wine (really good) less than €5, and meat dishes are €15 or less. MISC: This was quite the drive for me but I will make another special trip this way to stop one more time. Well...

We found this restaurant as a top recommendation for arrosticini. Meat in general, arrosticini and their meat plate, were close to a gum. Almost no taste. I thought it was impossible to spoil lamb. In Pescara, they succeeded in several restaurants :) Also, we were given some bread that was burned outside and raw inside, and we didn't ask for it, just like water. In the end, they charged for all of it and added another 15% on top. But, I guess, this is typical here in Pescara. Buying ready-made food in Conad was...
Read moreAn amazing place, truly. It looked like a place for locals as several families had their dinner there and were giving us curious looks as we ordered our food. To be honest, I would be doing the same in their stead. My wife and I ordered the full course dinner with cold and hot appetizers, first and second dishes. I was hoping for small portions just to try out several local foods, but I knew I was wrong as we got our first cold appetizer. It was a lot. We couldn't even finish our first course and had to ask to pack the second to take away. Extremely good food though. Driving 2k km by car...
