It is a WOW experience. A perfect evening. The food was absolutely superb, but seconded to the best service I've experienced to date. We had the anchovies with grilled pecorino, which was heavenly. It is very Traditional dish of Peschici. Come from centuries of fishermen activity. When the boat went to fish the fishermen cook in a brazier in the boat this dish, without coming back to land for lunch. It comes with toasted bread washed down with olive oil produced by stone milling, the olives harvested from the family campaign. The stuffed squid is an highlight (who'd have thought that?) With a beautiful flavour that has stayed with me for time the tomato souce is great. The Octopus on chickpea sauce was probably the prettiest dish. I finished with Homemade limoncello. The staff made us feel not only welcomed, but liked. The friendly, funny, attentive and genuinely likeable front of house team, the whole family owner of the restaurant meant we were genuinely sad to be leaving at the end.
