First time in Italy when we pay, "coperto", the funny thing that it should be announced or mention in menu and i didn't found it. As I understand that come from Italian History and actually by "coperto" you pay for table serving... In Mad Pizza & Burger you pay 2 euro for serving table as on pic. As well after you finish we go to pay on bar , the girls just bring us the bill. Food is ok , but service should be much better in terms that you pay...

L'unica volta che sono stata qui è stata due settimane fa verso le 20.30. Ci sono andata insieme al mio compagno e due bambini piccoli. Eravamo curiosi, dopo esserci passati davanti con l'auto qualche volta, quindi siamo andati anche se non abitiamo nelle immediate vicinanze. Appena arrivati si è capito che c'erano davvero tante persone. Apriamo la porta per andare dentro e notiamo diversi camerieri che corrono dalla fretta di servire. Arriva un cameriere chiedendoci se vogliamo stare dentro o fuori. Mentre ci interroghiamo sul da farsi ci fa uno strano gesto con le braccia come per dire "ho fretta". Decidiamo di stare dentro. Ci fanno accomodare a un tavolo. Siamo stati seduti un quarto d'ora. Faticavamo a parlare tra noi dal chiasso che c'era. Abbiamo cominciato ad interrogarci se continuare ad aspettare o andare via. Dopo altri 5 minuti nei quali nessuno ci ha almeno chiesto se volevamo da bere (con due bambini presenti al tavolo) abbiamo deciso di andare via e comunque penso siano stati contenti: troppa gente, i camerieri correvano per servire ai tavoli. Peccato, i piatti a vederli sembravano buoni ma non ho avuto nemmeno l'occasione di assaggiare l'acqua. Se mi avessero detto che erano troppo pieni e che non c'era più posto o che il servizio sarebbe stato più lento, avrei...
