Most recently, I had lunch there with some business clients—I really wanted them to discover this place. But I have thoroughly enjoyed the cooking class at Garibaldi Kitchen! Under the watchful eyes of the chef and his assistant, we prepared arancini and pasta. While they are simple enough for me to complete, there are techniques you have to master. Had it not been the helping hands of the beautiful assistant, my pasta would have been a real flop.
