We had a wonderful lunch here while in Tuscany. The amuse-bouche was fantastic! Three little bites of different flavors to whet your appetite. The starter was chestnut farinata with red shrimp which we split with no problem & the chestnuts added a little complexity to the taste. The lemon linguini with oysters & raspberry was my favorite! Then the monkfish medallion was wonderful. Highly recommend & our server was so kind even though we didn't speak much Italian. The charming maître d' explained the menu, origins of ingredients and combination of flavours in detail. We learned a lot about the complexity of high level Tuscany cuisine in a beautiful and unrushed atmosphere.
