This restaurant was highly recommended and thankfully I was able to get a table as they were opening. I was the first to sit and as others arrived, they were turned away because they had so many reservations. This was dissing peak season in August so I am unsure if it is always that busy.

Their menus are written on boards placed throughout the outdoor seating, most in Italian but some in English. The waiter took time to go over some of their favorite dishes and ones that didn't really translate, so that I'd have a better understanding of what each was. I was craving beef so I chose the Sous Vide tagliata with potatoes which was Heaven. The black salt was devine, and the meat melted in your mouth. I can't wait to go back for more.

Unfortunately they seemed to be short staffed so when it came time to pay, a few of us had to wait a bit at the register for someone to become available. I wasn't in a rush so it was not a big deal, and I could see how hard they were working. One extra person and I think it would have been easier on them.

Came in for dinner and selected this place after reading many positive reviews. The food definitely didn’t disappoint! It’s definitely a unique and incredible culinary experience. The service was a little bit of a mixed bag, with it being overall friendly, but just slow or delayed at times. Being an Enoteca, they center around the wine and they had plenty all over on shelves, etc for you to choose from.

One dish that blew us away was their Tagliata Di Ciccia Con Patate Arrosto, featuring an amazing, tender, and perfectly beef cut that was sous vide and then reversed seared. Before serving, they sprinkled it with the most amazing Cyprus sea salt… Outstanding! The potatoes that came with it were outstanding as well. We also tried their pesto lasagna and that was an amazing flavor-bomb! It had the most amazing and fresh pesto sauce mixed throughout and was topped off by a tomato whipped cream that was stunning!
