La Lupa (Livorno) — Restaurant in Pisa

Im not sure if it’s possible to give (-) starts, however this is what I felt going to this place . I never felt so disrespected and unpleasant going to a restaurant that I thought would be great. I was with my friends traveling in Pisa and we decided to go to the beach and after have a great dinner close to the sea. Unfortunately all the staff treated us like TRASH, really, TRASH. They didn’t let us to sit on the tables in front of the restaurant, but we didn’t realize until they out us close to the door. We accepted because we thought that they had many reservations. Later on we realized that they really didn’t us to be there. We were well dressed. The old woman who was serving the table didn’t answer a question when we asked her about our bisteca. It took around 1 hour to arrive. When we asked again the manager, she said: “one day will arrive”. We ordered a bottle of red wine and they didn’t asked us to try. The owner was super disrespectful and for the internationals, I really felt it was because we are not from Italy. My whole trip all the people we met and all the restaurantes showed us what Italy is, this place, showed us the worse side. I do not recommend and I hope the people there (managers) could stop being arrogant, ironic and rude....

The waiters absolutely despised the guests. Two beers (for two persons) were brought in different glasses in the same time, while one glass was smaller than the other one. The ordered bottle of mineral water was not brought at all, only an empty glass. The waiter was busy with his friends and forgot about the ordered mineral water. Disaster. We will never...
