Pizzeria Borghetto — Restaurant in Pisa

We had many pizzas during our week-long trip to Italy, but this was one of the most memorable! Fluffy, crisp, fresh and generous portions, some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Wish I could come back a second time. The owner is a really ambitious, down-to-earth guy who makes everything himself and runs the place with his wife. This is definitely one of those hidden gem places....

Purtroppo non posso dire bene di questo locale, siamo passati davanti alla pizzeria ed abbiamo chiesto quattro pizze da asporto, il personale ci ha preso l’ordinazione e ci ha detto che le pizze sarebbero state pronte in 15/20 minuti abbiamo pagato in anticipo, (sbagliando), e siamo usciti dal locare per evitare affollamenti. Passata circa mezz’ora abbiamo chiesto al personale se le pizze fossero state pronte, ma scusandosi il personale ci riferisce che il pizzaiolo era solo e quindi in ritardo con le ordinazioni. Le pizze sono state pronte dopo più di un’ora, che sinceramente mi sembra troppo tempo. La mia critica non è per il tempo impiegato nel fare le pizze, ma nel fatto che durante la presa delle ordinazioni bastava chiarire il tempo d’attesa.
