By gawd, by golly, gee whiz! I’m not gonna lie, i was abit hesitant going in after not seeing any signs or anything telling me there’s a pizza place here, literally down a little side of a house, if you walked past you’d miss it. No reservations needed but might recommend as it’s very small inside and we had to sit outside.
Got the menu online and honestly really great prices 10-13€ . Neapolitan style pizza and calzone. Personally for me I tried my friends calzone but was quite too much dough at the ends, but had the Najua pizza and I don’t like olives and I finished everything! That’s how good it was.
Light and fluffy but crispy edges, and near paper thin base. Handholding is nearly out of the question and it was just right for this. Beautifully oily, spiced, crispy toppings, and for sure as the comments reflect accurately, one of if not the best pizza I’ve had. I wouldn’t wanna risk going somewhere else in pizza. This did it for me! Thank you so so much to the chef and staff. Keep up the amazing quality and prices.
So if you’ve got this far, make sure to come here only 10-15 min walk from the train station....
Read moreThis pizzeria is probably my new favorite in town! Really good food for an affordable price. All of the staff were really nice and accomodating and I even had a laugh with the woman in the cashier. The ambiance inside the restaurant is beautiful and is a good representation of Italian pizzerias. I would definity go back perhaps every week (if they will give me discounts... just kidding) and bring my friends. Good work Pizzeria Martino and I hope to...
Read moreThis is a small and friendly pizzeria, located in a sort of courtyard (although called "square" on the maps) in downtown Pisa. They're backing tasty pizzas topped in both classic (e.g. margherita) and house's styles. The toilet is small and the access might be difficult for people with reduced mobility or on a wheelchair. I recommend to reserve a table also in...
