Takos — Restaurant in Poggiardo

I gave the food 4 stars, as it was good. I must admit, the place is well-decorated and the interior ambiance is cozy. The staff can speak several languages, which is pleasant when Italian isn't your first language.

However, the wait was long, both to place our order and to receive our dishes. The portions were average in terms of quantity, and the value for money was also just average. I assume they must be working to pay for the decor or the rent, and that's reflected in the prices.

A frustrating point was that we were told there was no space inside and were seated outside. Yet, we saw people who arrived after us, initially seated outside, ask to be moved inside due to the wind, and they were accommodated … even though it had been...

The venue looks wonderful and with such nice atmosphere. The pasta and horse meat dish was very good, although the fried mix (antipasto) was not great. Our experience with the service was awful. They made a mistake bringing our antipasto to another table and let us wait almost 30 mins without informing us about the issue. When asked they simply replied they made a mistake, no apologies no understanding. While the table next to us (they arrived just after us) got already 2 dishes. All considered, for the venue and food level the service looked very sub par and not adequate. Hopefully this could serve for future improvement. We will definitely give...

Prenotato per le 21:00 di un sabato sera, seduti alle 21:15 in 5 persone, ordinato frittini misti pizze e birre, ( i frittini arrivati abbastanza velocemente intorno alle 21:20) abbiamo chiesto di conoscere l'attesa per le pizze, informandoci che fosse intorno al quarto d'ora.

DOPO UN'ORA, intorno alle 22:20, in cui più volte abbiamo chiesto delucidazioni sull'arrivo delle suindicate pizze, ne arrivano 4, mancante una.

Tutti iniziano a mangiare tranne uno, chiedendo di uovo delucitazioni dopo quasi dieci minuti è arrivata l'ultima pizza, trall"altro con un ingrediente sbagliato, ma va bè, mangiata lo stesso.

Pizza sinceramente inferiore alla madia, gommosa, nonostante le ottime recensioni che avevo letto qui su Google.

Forse ho beccato la giornata/momento storto del pizzaiolo, forse il proprietario non sa trattare con la clientela, perché se non ce la fai a gestire i clienti in sala nei tempi di attesa delle pizze, soprattutto il sabato sera, non ti metti a fare anche da asporto (a mio parere) perché in questo modo perdi la clientela con i tempi d'attesa biblici e prodotti arrangiati.

Nota positiva il personale che ci ha servito al tavolo, sempre gentile e disponibile, mi è dispiaciuto vederli in imbarazzo nel giustificare la pessima gestione della serata.

Spero che si sia trattato di un giorno particolare, ho visto che c'era anche un compleanno di bimbi fuori, anche se non giustifica il trattamento ricevuto.

Non credo di ritornarci più, soprattutto il sabato sera. Nel 2022 bisogna essere professionali, non pensare di raccogliere tutto, ai danni...
