I didn’t have the best experience here BUT it seems very popular with the locals (especially teenagers!) so it might have just been my experience. I came here because it was close to the masseria where I was staying and they advertised that they had a veggie burger, which is a welcome change after eating typical Italian food for the past few months.

To order you need to log into their website on your phone with “your” phone number and email 😉 and then there is an Italian menu that you can read. You then have to use the same site to call over the server to order and later request your bill using the number shown on your table. I can see this being confusing for foreigners if you can’t read Italian.

Unfortunately my veggie burger was extremely mushy. Mushy patty, mushy bun, too much cheese adding to the mush. The menu didn’t show it being served with fries so I ordered some (€4.90!) but then it came with a few so I ended up with way too many. I REALLY appreciate the opportunity to eat something different in Puglia but the execution just missed the mark.

As I was leaving I saw a pizza coming out of the oven and it looked really good, so they might do a better job with their Italian dishes than international cuisine. Of course there were also regular burgers on the menu and I believe I saw some...

UPDATE DOPO LA RISPOSTA DEL TITOLARE: Ho scritto chiaramente che ci avete fatti spostare all'interno perchè non avevate spazio, ma il problema non era quello: il problema ERA LA MANCANZA DI ARIA CONDIZIONATA ALL'INTERNO! Per il menù so benissimo che l'avete fatto per il covid, ma la vedo difficile che il cliente seduto al tavolo non sia reale. Basta differenziare l'app delle prenotazioni dal link al menù al tavolo e renderlo senza registrazione ma diretto.

Ottime pizze napoletane con scelta molto varia, dalle classiche alle gourmet. Purtroppo i punti positivi finiscono qui (e ho pure abbondato dando 2 stelle) perchè il servizio è stato pessimo: avevamo prenotato fuori e purtroppo abbiamo dovuto spostarci all'interno perchè lo spazio era poco e dietro una delle sedie si trovava uno scalino abbastanza pericoloso. All'interno ci era stata assicurata la presenza dell'aria condizionata, ma delle bocche di areazione presenti ne funzionava solo una mentre l'ampio condizionatore era guasto: in una serata salentina con 35 gradi non è possibile ricevere un servizio del genere e dover soffrire il caldo e il sudore per godersi una cena con degli amici. La presenza di soli 2 camerieri non era sufficiente a garantire un servizio puntuale col locale pieno, ragion per cui abbiamo potuto ordinare solo dopo oltre mezz'ora di attesa, senza che nel frattempo ci venisse chiesto se gradivamo almeno una bottiglia d'acqua (tralascio il fatto che la cosa sia anche aggravata dalla presenza di bambini al tavolo). Ultima nota dolente, il menu: per poter ordinare bisogna, nell'ordine:

1. inquadrare il qrcode col cellulare
2. aprire il browser e attendere il caricamento della pagina
3. compilare un form con i propri dati, email e numero di telefono
4. solo a questo punto di riesce a visualizzare un menu su un sito fatto malissimo e di difficile consultazione su mobile Se proprio vogliamo evitare l'uso di menu cartacei, sarebbe bastato che il qrcode puntasse direttamente al menu evitando l'inutile, noiosa e forzata procedura di registrazione. Peccato perchè le pizze sono molto buone, ma questo è il classico esempio di come un pessimo servizio possa rovinare l'intera esperienza gastronomica e farci sconsigliare il locale. Essendo lontani una 60ina di km (zona Gallipoli), non ne abbiamo un buon ricordo e difficilmente...

Amazing place in Scottish style it remind me a Pub. Service excellent 👍 great 👍 The waiter engaged you after 1 second that you get in to the restaurant. Anytime you need them they always take care of you and eyes contact it’s for all your dinner. The pork ribs are excellent, warm, taste and a lot ! Really 2,5 kg !! They really treat u amazing 🤩 Although the ribs come out in a special bbq sauce I asked plain and they served with Sorrento lemon and local fresh rosemary!!! This place is really top 🔝 Truly recommend if you are around! I spent only 14 euros for 2,5 kg of taste...
