Lievita — Restaurant in Pontecagnano Faiano

Very very very shocked and disappointed how the workers treated my dear husband who is not Italian. Especially the woman with the thick Versace glasses is VERY rude. Why? You know even though my husband can not speak fluently Italiano that does not mean that we can not UNDERSTAND what is being said. The lady reaction was jokingly arrogantly laughing and switching into speaking English instead of IT. We walked further and she pointed at my husband throughout our whole stay out and jokingly re saying what he kindly was asking her (un tavolo per …/ can we have a table for two please?) Ridiculous what was happening! Is this how we treat people in our home?! For this titel of company and star rating I expect a familia way for the guests.

Also the tast of the pizza was flat. You have good and cheaper pizzas around the area. Please be careful my dear dutchies / English speaking when walking this restaurant. They sadly do not like...

The pizzas were fine, nothing super special. Initially the service was amazing with English speaking staff, however, we decided to visit on a hot summer evening and was unfortunately placed right under the exhausts of the indoor air conditioner which caused more heat to flush our table. Before receiving our food we inquired to be reseated as we had a small 1 month baby, but was declined - we should have left at this point. We ate our food fairly quickly and left. Ieri sera per la prima volta siamo stati in questa Pizzeria. All'aperto ma curatissima e personale gentilissimo. Abbiamo gustato fritti di assoluta qualità. Asciutti, friabili, profumati e con completa assenza di quei sgradevoli odori a volte imperanti dove, per risparmiare si frigge troppe volte. Qua invece davvero buonissimi e leggerissimi. Infatti ci siamo pentiti di non averne presi altri. Servizio efficiente e rapido. Grande cortesia e disponibilità (avevamo con noi una bellissima bimba di soli 7 mesi). Dopo aver deciso non senza dubbi abbiamo scelto "sua maestà la pizza"! Bene è arrivata. Eccellente è un termine che non descrive fino in fondo ciò che abbiamo mangiato. Pasta sofficissima. Indicazione chiara di prodotto fatto con farine di qualità e lievitazione particolare. Su questo disco meraviglioso. Soffice e buono gli ingredienti. Tutti di qualità superlativa. Insomma una pizza davvero ottima. Abbiamo mangiato pizze in giro per l'Italia. Da Milano a Reggio Calabria, passando per alcune delle rinomate pizzerie dell'area napoletana. Bene da Lievita abbiamo mangiato una pizza tra le migliori sicuramente. Complimenti a tutto il personale ed a chi fa questo prodotto così buono. Dimenticavo il prezzo. In linea con quello delle pizzerie della zona. Mediobasso. Ma ogni centesimo vale la pena spenderlo. Davvero complimenti. Ritorneremo?Assolutamente si.
