You’ll want to come back We went 3 times in 8 days. The best in Portoscuso and surroundings. Every dish they make is made with the best quality ingredients and and the recipes some of them very special some very simple but all absolutely delicious (including the starters and the desserts) I recommend having the tasting menu the first time. Otherwise the swordfish and tuna carpaccio, the tuna tartar, ravioli with seafood and the unique pistachio dessert…In any case Silvio (the son in this family run business) can recommend and explain the food (prepared by his own father) and the wine with delightful Italian precision. The service offered by Silvio and his mother is top. On the other side some of the younger waiters need a bit more experience but the are all closely supervised by the mother that with her sole presence puts everything in order wherever she is. Side notes: the location is beautiful by the port. There is a specific place apart from the other terrace tables for smoking so the smoke will not disturb you while eating there, unlike in some other Portoscuso...

We had dinner with kids , at first we were not allowed to seat beacuse the waittres had to do it slow with table prepare. Than we may order after we waited 10-15 Minutes. Than we order as in the Menu , Pasta for 16 Euro , kids menu for 8-12 euro and we were 4 Adults and 2 Kids . The bill was extrem high in what we ordered as the prices in the menu. When i asked for the Bill the had Written : Pasta 22 Euro , 18 euro (3 € pro Person just the place to pay ) which we were informed before or not staying on the Menu. They just made up something so that the bill would pass ! Schameless To pay so much for...

Sono stato qui a cena con la mia ragazza e un'altra coppia. La valutazione complessiva merita assolutamente il massimo, a parer mio uno dei migliori ristoranti di pesce di tutta la zona. Più nel dettaglio:

LOCALE E SERVIZIO: abbiamo mangiato nei tavolini fuori, ma il locale all'interno sembra elegante e arredato con gusto. Il personale è stato attentissimo, paziente e rilassato nonostante i tantissimi inconvenienti dovuti al meteo che hanno appesantito non poco la loro serata (qualche goccia di pioggia prima, e dopo un vento che ha costretto loro a chiudere gli ombrelloni). Per questo, le minime sbavature e un'attesa piuttosto lunga (da loro compensata con un apposito sconto alla cassa) sono assolutamente perdonate e non hanno influito sulla piacevole serata.

CUCINA: semplicemente deliziosa. Abbiamo preso un antipasto (la caponata carlofortina) vari primi (spaghetti "Sa Musciara" [IN FOTO], spaghetti tartufo e bottarga, raviolini di cernia), e diversi secondi (spigola all'acqua pazza e varie porzioni dell'immancabile tonno alla portoscusese, piatto forte insieme agli spaghetti "Sa Musciara"). Tutto cucinato con sapienza e preparato con pesce freschissimo e gustoso. Da bere un vino della casa da 1/2 litro, acqua, mirto e sorbetto.

CONTO: abbiamo speso 28€ a testa (senza sconto per il "ritardo" sarebbe stato poco più di 30€) - ma va considerato che mirto e sorbetti sono stati offerti (non sappiamo se anche quelli per scusarsi del ritardo al servizio: semplicemente non li hanno fatti figurare nel conto - mentre lo sconto era indicato).

Esperienza complessiva decisamente...
