MagnEtico Bistrò — Restaurant in Porto Azzurro

We went here for dinner and had a reservation (recommended). The food is fabulous, bursting with flavour and so delicious. We shared the appetizer platter, the pasta with ragù, then as a main dish we had the zucchini parmegiano and the red onion flan. To end our dinner we shared the saffron Panna Cotta. Every dish is made with love and attention to detail. The flavors are surprising, so well elaborated. Even for non-vegetarians this is such a nice change from the usual restaurants in this area. Cena di coppia a Luglio 2022. Premetto che siamo una coppia che cerca solitamente (a casa) di orientarsi piú possibile verso una dieta vegetariana, ma non lo siamo propriamente. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di provare questo ristorante e vi dico subito: ho mangiato raramente piatti con questi sapori semplici, ma veramente unici!

Abbiamo preso: Maccheroncini con pesto di nocciole e porcini secchi (abbiamo chiesto di dividerli e li hanno già portati divisi nel due piatti, una piccola attenzione che ci è piaciuta) Kofta (polpette di patate e lenticchie speziate) con salsa bbq fatta in casa Tomino al forno con scalogno caramellato e frutta secca Sformatino di cipolle rosse con crema di parmigiano e chips di cipolle Tortino al cioccolato dal cuore morbido con gelato al BASILICO

Conto con una bottiglia d’acqua: 49,5€

Devo assolutamente dire una cosa, CONSIGLIO: il tomino e lo sformatino citati sopra. Non ho parole per descrivere la bontà nella semplicità di questi due piatti. Una picevolissima scoperta. Tantissimi auguri al locale, che possa avere il successo che merita! Torneremo sicuramente. A presto!

Mein Stiefbruder ist zwei Stern Michelin Koch. Er sagte vor vielen Jahren: "Wenn du gut essen gehen willst schaue unbedingt darauf, das die Karte nicht groß ist!" Er sollte Recht behalten. Ich trage immer noch ein Lächeln im Gesicht von meinem Besuch in Ihrem Haus. Das sind Profis, die mit Herz, Leidenschaft, Freundlichkeit und grosser Achtsamkeit ihr Restaurant führen. Alle, wirklich alle Mitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich und geschult. Die Qualität der Zutaten ist sehr hoch, die Arrangements der Speisen durchdacht und der Geschmack ist das Ergebnis von Herzblut, Erfahrung und perfektionierter Arbeitsweise. Ich hätte nie damit gerechnet auf Elba so eine wunderbare vegetarische Küche erleben zu dürfen. Ihr könnt weltweit locker mithalten! Ich bin nicht mal Vegetarier. Doch durch diese Liebe im Essen, die ich geschmeckt habe könnte ich mir wirklich vorstellen ein Vegetarier zu werden. Danke an alle von euch ihr habt nicht nur mein kulinarisches Herz berührt.
