Ristorante La Terrazza — Restaurant in Porto Azzurro

Excellent food with a beautiful view of the harbour and surroundings. We had no reservation for the night and came in quite late. Everybody was very helpful though. We were helped in finding a parking spot and even though no table was available offered to have dinner. So we got 2 glasses of prosecco and took a few pictures before being seated in the right manner. There is a choice between 3 or 4 course menu. For the food and location not pricey, actually cheaper than expected. Two menus, water and 2 glasses of wine plus an extra dessert we just got cause we got along well with the water who seems to speak every language, for less than 90 euros - more than fair! Es ist schwierig für dieses Restaurant eine Rezension zu schreiben. Ganz zuerst muss ich erwähnen, dass der Ort wunderschön gelegen ist. Die Terrasse hat einen fantastischen Ausblick. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und das Ambiente im Restaurant ist hervorragend. Nach 3 Wochen Dubai, waren wir erstaunt, ein solch luxuriöses Ambiente auf Elba zu finden. Bravo! ABER das Essen war leider sehr unterdurchschnittlich. So schade, denn wenn die Küche gut organisiert wäre und wenn in der Küche Köche arbeiten würden, die ihren Beruf kennen und lieben, dann könnte sich dieses Restaurant zu einer Goldgrube entwickeln. Doch die Qualität dieser Küche ist leider meilenweit entfernt von einem Feinschmecker Restaurant. Bei 4€ für das Gedeck und bei diesen hohen Preisen, sollte man das mindeste an Qualität erwarten dürfen. Abbiamo fatto una cena io e la mia ragazza, servizio carino e gentile (ci hanno offerto un calice di bollicine e il mio caffè) vista bellissima su porto azzurro (peccato che causa possibile pioggia hanno preferito di sistemare tutti dentro la struttura invece che in terrazza) abbiamo preso un antipasto e un secondo piatto. L'antipasto non mi ha convinto molto, il tonno alla griglia con patate buono, dolce buono sia il cannolo che la mia fetta di torta. Ricordo che é un ristorante dentro un albergo quindi anche per il posto auto ovviamente se sei già "cliente" dell' albergo c'è l'hai.. noi venendo da fuori siamo dovuti arrivare a piedi.. merita se state una settimana a Porto azzurro e volete provare un po' i...
