Wandering around the back streets, away from the crowds at the port, we discovered this gem. Our reservation was for 2200 and it was still fairly crowded when we arrived. Our server explained the menu in great depth and helped us with the extensive wine menu. Our appetizer was eggplant parmesan, stuffed with a layer of anchovies. My husband had spaghetti with sea urchin and clams, while I had a tuna and pasta dish with a creamy, rich parmesan sauce. The wine was a local vineyard; quite reasonable for a restaurant pour. We splurged with desserts - a chocolate trio with rum, coffee ice cream and tobacco infused cream for hubby, a lemon concoction for me. Coffee with Sambuca rounded out an exceptional meal....
