Ristorante-Pizzeria “La Risacca” — Restaurant in Porto Azzurro

We were looking for a place to dine in on a Monday night and the spots we had preselected were closed. So we had a nice surprise eating in at La Risacca: They are one of the few restaurants who offer more traditional anti-pasti (without seafood) and hence options for vegetarians. As a starter we shared the zucchini flan, the pecorino sauce was soo good. As a main we chose pizza and were not disappointed: The ingredients were fresh, the dough had the right consistency and flavors were on point. We really enjoyed the food. First we asked if they had white pizza, a man rudely said ‘look at the menu’. Very helpful. We sat for more than five minutes before anyone came and asked about drinks,walked away while we were trying to order. $4 for a 8 ounce coke. I have four cheese pizza, it was completely tasteless. The best I could say was it tasted like American cheese. Just terrible. My husband had the snapper he loved it. Un consiglio spassionato: da evitare!!! Stimolati dai giudizi sostanzialmente positivi di nostri conoscenti sul ristorante La risacca, stasera abbiamo deciso di cenare li previa prenotazione per le ore 21,15. L'attesa del tavolo tuttavia si è protratta di almeno 10/15". Preso posto, visto le pietanze nel menù la scelta si è ridotta ad un apparentemente rassicurante antipasto misto della casa e due primi, ovvero i classici spaghetti alle vongole che chiunque con prodotti idonei e capacità di cucina base è in grado di proporre a terzi con buon esito. L'attesa si è ulteriormente prolungata anche per la comanda, cmq, occorre dire che l'antipasto come presentato nel piatto, composto di tre mini assaggi caldi e tre freddi, è risultato fin troppo pretenzioso nella forma e in definitiva anche nella sostanza (freschezza dei prodotti non eccelsa), oltre poi risultare eccessivamente costoso. Gli spaghetti alle vongole, ultima possibilità di godersi un piatto basico decente, si sono rivelati una poltiglia intrisa di olio di scadente qualità caratterizzati dalla presenza di alcune vongole piene e vari altri gusci vuoti (assenza di caratteristico soffritto, mantecatura). Per quanto concerne le bevande ulteriore chicca, alla richiesta di una caraffa da 1/2 lt di vino bianco fermo della casa ci viene detto dal cameriere che era possibile solo ordinare una bottiglia dal prezzo nella carta da 23€ a salire (vini di cantine che stanno ben al di sotto dei prezzi indicati). In finale...63€ di spesa per 1 bottiglia d'acqua, un antipasto ridicolo e indigesto, due bicchieri (semivuoti) di vino bianco non ben identificato e due presunti spaghetti alle vongole.
