We came to Porto Empedocle after visiting the Valley of Temples in Agrigento in the morning, to look around (the old town is small and pretty, a must-see for Camilleri and Montalbano-fans) and to get a nice typical-Sicilian seafood lunch. The Trattoria was ideal for this, and we loved to be more adventurous to get whatever they have on that day (at lunchtime i think it's less to choose from, but it was still not easy to pick!). We had the best black mussels ever and the spaghetti with crab was amazing!!
