Ristorante All'improvviso — Restaurant in Posthudorra/Porto Torres

Wir sind abends in Porto Torres unterwegs gewesen und auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant mit guter Pasta im All’improvviso gelandet und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Als Vorspeise hatten wir gegrillte Aubergine sowie gemischtes Gemüse: beides frisch, gut gewürzt und sehr lecker. Danach gab’s einmal Ravioli mit Feta und einmal Tortiglioni mit Käsesauce. Großzügige Portionen, geschmacklich richtig gut und schön angerichtet.

Besonders positiv ist uns der Service aufgefallen: Obwohl wir kein Italienisch sprechen, hat die Verständigung bestens funktioniert. Unser Kellner war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hatte sogar Humor. Das hat die Atmosphäre nochmal aufgelockert.

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Lage an der Straße bringt etwas Verkehrslärm mit sich, vor allem wenn mal ein paar Motorcross-Bikes durchstarten. Aber ganz ehrlich: Das Essen war es wert, das nehmen wir gerne in Kauf.

Fazit: Wer gutes, ehrliches italienisches Essen sucht, mit tollen Nudelgerichten und herzlichem Service, ist hier genau richtig. Wir würden...

Ottima esperienza prima di lasciare la Sardegna. Siamo stati in questo ristorante trovato per caso prima di imbarcarci. Ci aspettavamo di "nutrirci" di qualcosa di arrangiato come accade spesso nei pressi dei porti della serie "tanto ci passa tanta gente" e invece... Abbiamo mangiato benissimo! E il proprietario è davvero una persona gentile! Eravamo in 11 di cui 5 bambini e siamo stati tutti contenti! Consiglio la fregola ai frutti di mare perché è davvero squisita e i tagliolini alla bottarga, altrettanto buoni. Anche la parmigiana era davvero buona. E poi i malloreddus di cui i bimbi hanno fatto scorpacciata! abbiamo anche fatto i complimenti allo chef prima di uscire!Sardegna! È passato qualche giorni, ma se non erro il conto era di circa 230€ in 11! Complimenti a tutto lo staff! Continuate così e... viva...
