Saludu - Food and Mood — Restaurant in Posthudorra/Porto Torres

Five stars! I am always a little hesitant to try new and "different" restaurants due to a really bad experience in Lake Como a couple of years ago. But, I agree with the previous reviewer .. Porto Torres has many pizzerias, some fast food, and a couple of expensive restaurants. So, we decided to try Saludu as we are tired of the typical menus. We were warmly greeted; the service was excellent. I played it safe and had the eggplant Parmesan, which is probably the best eggplant Parmesan I have ever had! I asked for olio piccante, and our server brought out something much better. My partner had the curry with rice, and it was also excellent. Too bad we are leaving the city tomorrow morning because I would love to go back tomorrow to try some of their other creations. I highly recommend this...

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare al Saludu Food and Mood e sono rimasto estremamente impressionato da ogni aspetto di questa esperienza culinaria. Dal momento in cui ho varcato la soglia, sono stato accolto da un’atmosfera accogliente e moderna, che ha subito catturato la mia attenzione.

Il menu del Saludu Food and Mood offre una vasta gamma di opzioni, tutte preparate con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità. Il personale, oltre ad essere incredibilmente cordiale, si è dimostrato molto ben informato sulle varie pietanze e ha saputo fornire consigli utili nella scelta dei piatti. La presentazione dei piatti era un vero spettacolo per gli occhi, e il gusto ha superato ogni aspettativa.

Ho optato per uno dei piatti consigliati dallo chef e sono rimasto sorpreso dalla combinazione unica di sapori e aromi. Ogni boccone era un’esplosione di delizia, e la cura nei dettagli nella preparazione dei piatti era evidente.

Il Saludu Food and Mood non delude neanche per quanto riguarda l’ambiente. L’arredamento moderno e raffinato, unito a una selezione musicale piacevole, ha reso la mia serata ancora più piacevole. Il personale attento ha contribuito a creare un’atmosfera rilassata e piacevole, perfetta per una serata speciale o una cena informale tra amici.

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo al Saludu Food and Mood è notevole. Considerando la qualità dei piatti, il servizio impeccabile e l’atmosfera accogliente, ritengo che il costo sia più che giustificato. È evidente che il ristorante si impegna a offrire un’esperienza gastronomica completa e soddisfacente per i propri clienti.

In definitiva, il Saludu Food and Mood è un gioiello culinario che consiglio vivamente a tutti gli amanti del buon cibo e delle esperienze gastronomiche uniche. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci per assaporare nuovamente i deliziosi piatti che questo ristorante straordinario...

Amazing experience! The restaurant is well located next to the harbor and has a really cosy terrace. The fish is fresh and there is a nice selection of ingredients and sauces. If you’re not in the mood for poke they also have a nice selection of other dishes of the day. Highly highly recommend!
