Bar Pasticceria Cristallo — Restaurant in Posthudorra/Porto Torres

We chose this place for a drink and snack. Initially staff seemed kind and helpful but there were no menus available. Eventually they offered us an ice cream menu. We ordered drinks and an ice cream but we were then told that we couldn't have the ice cream. We asked about food and were told they have lots of food but we would need to move to the restaurant. We ordered a toastie and were immediately presented with the bill and told we must pay before we had even started to drink. Drinks were over priced, which is probably the reason they don't have a menu. Wouldn't come back as there seem to be several other bars...

I spent 3 days in Porto Torres and this place was totally the best I’ve tried. Every early morning I had a great coffee served with a smile and all the staff, even though the place was always busy were lovely, attentive and very helpful and patient with my non existent Italian 😊 Pistachio and chocolate croissants are top and the savoury food was great choice for me to take away on my trips. I'm putting one star, because I can't put zero. Went with my friends, and the waitress asked us what we wanted, in a really AWFUL tone, we asked for a menu and she kept saying that we couldn't get anything, just drinks, we asked if there was anything to eat, pastries or whatever, nope, she kept saying that they have just drinks, nothing else (despite people around us were eating) and remained with that s*y attitude.
