Round 1. Bacon burger with fries. A single burger with some veg on top in place of polpetti.

Fries were wet oil soggy and cold. Sent it back.

The burger with whatever was salty and cold.don't really want to argue over that one as well, so bit the bullet on that one

Round 2. Got the plate back and the chips were OK now, well-fried as expected. But.... Did you really need the petty revenge of drowning it in salt??? You think you are going to win any points by that? Petty revenge on the client for a mistake on your part? You think that will pass?

The fries were inedibly salty, and I usually like my fries with some salt, but this, would have made me medically Ill.

Burger: stone cold, It must have been sitting for quite some time. Cheese being solid.

At this point, called it a day, just paid up..

A waiter and the owner/manager or whatever he was came out and asked if there was a problem in a not very "approachable" and accusative tone, and with 2 people standing over you, us not wanting to risk anything going further sideways as I perceived him as quite aggressive, I just took the change and left...

Let it serve as a warning.. Drinks were good, but save yourself from the food... And don't you dare to complain if something goes wrong..

Service gets 1 because of the "manager" or whatever he was, the rest of the staff was professional, so would have earned good points.

Getting what we not ordered didn't help this mess.

Sorry for not sparing the words here, but we have not had such an epic willful restaurant failure in quite a long time, despite many candidates trying to do the classic by now post-covid rip-off song and dance.

No pictures as presentation was good and nice, but pictures can not show temperature or salt content.

Also, take their pages and reviews with a huge grain of salt, as they delete unfavorable comments on FB, Instagram and block people who dare to complain, as evidenced by instant removal and blocking of the review, leading to - are their reviews actually representative and honest?

Genuine questions to be asked here... Google seems to be the only one where less favorable reviews doesn't get to be removed by the restaurant.

Funny that they don't seem to be listed on TripAdvisor. Is that a choice of...

Un'esplosione di gusto e qualità🌟

Siamo stati in due e abbiamo scelto due panini: una Pistacchiosa e una Pistacchiosa Burger. Che dire? Entrambi davvero meravigliosi: sapori intensi, ingredienti di qualità e un equilibrio perfetto tra gusto e consistenza. Una menzione speciale va alla varietà di carni disponibili, che rende il menù ancora più interessante per chi ama sperimentare e personalizzare il proprio burger.

Il servizio è stato ottimo: i camerieri sono stati gentili, disponibili e sempre sorridenti, contribuendo a rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole.

L’ambiente è molto accogliente, con un’atmosfera calda e conviviale che si adatta perfettamente sia alle comitive che alle cene di coppia. Un locale ben curato, dove si percepisce attenzione al dettaglio e voglia di far star bene il cliente.

Infine, una nota sul rapporto qualità-prezzo: eccellente. Porzioni abbondanti, qualità elevata degli ingredienti e prezzi più che giusti. Un posto che consigliamo vivamente e in cui...

Ci troviamo in ferie a Pozzallo e fra le varie cene mettiamo in programma un panino, facendo ricerche scopriamo A Cantunera. La proposta del menù è interessante, i panini sono buoni, carne ben cotta ma complessivamente non eccelgono. Il servizio c’è da lavorare, personale un po’ seccato che risponde con tono per niente accogliente. Già la sera prima sono passato per un gin tonic alle 24, ok che erano in chiusura, ma sono stato trattato come se dessi fastidio quasi. Durante la cena chiedo se possibile in cucina stessa dividere due panini e scambiarli nei piatti, risposta: avete le posate al tavolo. Abbiamo le bambine, chiediamo i seggiolini, risposta: fuori uso, da Ikea si prendono con 19€, non averne neanche uno la vedo una mancanza facilmente colmabile. Costi nella media, ok rapporto qualità/prezzo, abbiamo pagato 27€ in coppia. Sicuramente un ottima base ma con alcuni aspetti da...
