Ristorante Putipù LC — Restaurant in Pozzuoli

Putipù is without a doubt the best fish restaurant in Pozzouli. The wait staff is incredibly attentive, and will bend over backwards to accommodate you. The menu itself is amazing. Fresh, and interesting, the "anti pasta of the day" is usually 4 to 5 plates of amazing, artful, modern style seafood. This is one of the restaurants in the Naples area that is a must show when I have business partners or families in town. There is street parking available, with an attendant. My husband and I took an impromptu 1 night trip to Pozzuoli and stayed at the Neromensis Hotel next door. They recommended this restaurant and omg, what a score. Our meal here was one of our favorite parts of being in southern Italy. The waitress was a complete pro, bravissima. The space is beautiful and the food and wine were amazing and very affordable. We had prosecco and appetizers, seafood risotto and a bottle of wine, baba for dessert, espresso and typical after dinner digestivo. Maybe it doesn't sound fancy but it was so, so good. Sono stato a cena diverse volte in questo locale che è molto carino e ben tenuto anche se non è molto grande, ha una bella vista mare ed è posizionato non al centro di Pozzuoli, quindi, lontano dal caos ed il posto auto lungo la strada di solito si riesce quasi sempre a trovare. Le pietanze sono molto buone, ottimamente presentate e cucinate, il pesce è sempre fresco essendo a due passi dal mercato ittico ed offrono sempre un aperitivo di benvenuto che è praticamente quasi un antipasto. Ottime le strascinate agli scampi e le linguine allo scoglio, ottimi anche gli antipasti anche se non sono molto ricchi come quantità. La quinta stella manca solo per un motivo, il cameriere che prende le comande, molto spesso, insiste per decidere lui le portate diventando a volte abbastanza invadente, quindi, fatevi portare il menù e soprattutto confrontatelo bene quando poi vi arriva il conto. Una volta infatti mi è capitato di pagare le strascinate agli scampi quasi 20€ a differenza dei 14€ che avevo pagato altre volte, così come sono segnati sul menù e così come da scontrino NON FISCALE che allego nella foto e che mi è stato lasciato ogni volta come ricevuta al posto di quello fiscale, quando ho chiesto spiegazioni alla proprietaria, mi ha detto che gli scampi che mi avevano messo nel piatto erano più grandi rispetto a quelli che mettevano di solito in quella portata. Nessun problema, effettivamente erano più grandi, ma avrei apprezzato di più se solo avessero indicato sul menù che in quel piatto gli scampi vanno pagati al Kg e che quindi il prezzo può essere variabile. La proprietaria per scusarsi del disguido mi restituì 5€ che io ho aggiunto alla mancia già lasciata ai camerieri, proprio per farle capire che il chiarimento era solo per una questione di correttezza e non economica. Episodio a parte, se si vuole mangiare ottimo pesce a Pozzuoli, questo ristorantino è sicuramente da consigliare..Uno...
