Ristorante Vini e Cucina — Restaurant in Pozzuoli

we came here for a dinner, but decided we didn't actually want to eat here (not because of them - because we didn't like seafood and that's what they serve for the most part). when I told the server we wanted to pay for the coke we ordered and leave, he started to get really angry, saying it isn't a bar, and if we once sit at a table we have to eat. after that we got into language barriers but I can say they made a fuss about us making a mistake and not wanting to eat there - again, we ordered 1-1 coke for the both of us, we didn't sit there for hours drinking wine, making the server think we treated the place like a bar. all in all this was an unpleasant experience, even though they decided we don't have to pay for the coke. Was looking for a restaurant I had not tried in Pozzuoli walking along the narrow streets I stumbled into Vini e Cucina. I walked passed it searching for a restaurant I had in my mind. I couldn't get the feeling I had about Vini e Cucina as I kept walking. I had to fill this feeling I had about this restaurant. I walked to the restaurant and asked if they were open, I was told yes. The restaurant is very cozy, clean and the food as well as the service was outstanding. For my antipasto I had the Insalata di polpo, One first course I had spaghetti alla frutta di mare, Second course calamari alla brace. For each serving the chef would come out of the kitchen and ask if the food was ok. I told him the food was molto bene. The house wine was great as well. I thanked them for an outstanding lunch and that I will be back. As you can see by the beautiful delicious dishes in my pictures you can make up your own mind. My suggestion to you if you're ever in Pozzuoli, Italy give the Vini e Cucina a try. To the Chef and the staff of Vini e Cucina my compliments on a delicious lunch, and your outstanding service. Cercando un ristorante che non avevo provato a Pozzuoli passeggiando per i vicoli mi sono imbattuta in Vini e Cucina. L'ho attraversato alla ricerca di un ristorante che avevo in mente. Non riuscivo a sentire la sensazione che avevo di Vini e Cucina mentre continuavo a camminare. Ho dovuto colmare questa sensazione che avevo su questo ristorante. Sono andato al ristorante e ho chiesto se erano aperti, mi è stato detto di sì. Il ristorante è molto accogliente, pulito e il cibo e il servizio erano eccezionali. Per il mio antipasto ho avuto l'Insalata di polpo, Un primo piatto ho avuto spaghetti alla frutta di mare, Secondo piatto calamari alla brace. Per ogni porzione lo chef usciva dalla cucina e chiedeva se il cibo era ok. Gli ho detto che il cibo era molto bene. Anche il vino della casa era ottimo. Li ho ringraziati per un pranzo eccezionale e che tornerò. Come puoi vedere dai bellissimi piatti deliziosi nelle mie foto puoi prendere una decisione. Il mio suggerimento per te se sei mai a Pozzuoli, in Italia, prova Vini e Cucina. Furto incredibile.........in due 90€ per due fritture...

Il locale è situato alle spalle del porto di Pozzuoli nei vicoletti classici della città, ed è la classica osteria/tavernetta Puteolana. Ci sono stato ieri sera 19-05-2024 ed erano le 22 passate. Eravamo in due e volevamo solo mangiare qualcosina di sfizioso, il cameriere ci ha proposto due tipologie di menù fisso che loro applicano... Uno da 30 e un altro da 35... Quello che ho ascoltato con attenzione è quello da 35 dove c'erano antipasti caldi e freddi, una scelta tra due primi, una scelta tra due secondi, vino e acqua... Era tardi per mangiare tutte quelle pietanze allora abbiamo optato per una porzione di polpo all'insalata due fritture miste tra alici gamberi e calamari e scelto una bottiglia di vino... Dal menu le fritture costavano 18€ cadauna... Il vino era un coda di volpe medio... Il polipo era di basso livello e quantitativo... Costo della mia cena 90 euro.... C'è qualcosa che non và... Se al tavolo che mi era di fianco avevano preso il menù da 35... E avevano ricevuto una frittura uguale alla mia...ma avevano mangiato di tutto... Come posso io pagare 90 euro prendendo solo due fritture???????? Il vino mi è venuto 25€ e ci starebbe pure... Il polipo 14€ non era neanche 200gr... Ma pagare per due fritture e una bottiglia di vino 90 euro quando applichi un menù completo da 35€ euro .... È spropositato... Come minimo la mia frittura doveva avere i gamberi di Mazzara e non quelli piccoli di fiume... Mi dispiace ma mi sono sentito derubato e preso per il c.... Non ci torneremo mai più e lo sconsigierei a tutti... Non per la qualità... Ma...
