Already our favourite spot in Procida. Personally one of first (if not the first) restaurant on the island where you taste more than what you eat. In every dish of the seasonal tasting menu you savour the amazing local ingredients, but also the life and experience of Chef Aniello. You can really notice Asian and European notes given by his work experiences around the world. Lots of determination is needed then to combining them with the unique flavours of Procida. Not only the classic of what the local sea has to offer, but also local herbs, hand-picked by the chef and his team daily! Meat dish and cuisine classics are also found in the menu. Although you can only choose a menu tasting, that is the better experience to understand his philosophy in full. A good selection on local wine and probably the best home made amaro I have ever tasted in my life. The food is creative, fresh, thoughtful, nuanced, and delicious. Kudos to the two young brothers at the helm (one in the kitchen, one in the dining room) - and also a shout out to their mom who makes the homemade after-dinner digestives.
