🍕 Corte Noa – A Charming Spot in Pula with Pizza Worth Writing Home About Tucked away in Pula, Corte Noa offers a cozy and welcoming ambiance that invites you in with charm. The star of our visit? Undoubtedly the pizza with impasto integrale and fior di zucca. The whole wheat base was hearty without being heavy, and the delicate zucchini blossoms added a fresh, floral note that elevated the entire experience. Truly a delicious combination that stands out from the usual pizzeria fare. 🧑‍🍳 Service was decent—attentive enough, though not overly memorable. As for desserts, they didn’t quite meet our expectations, falling a bit flat compared to the standout pizza. ✨ Still, Corte Noa is a neat place to go, especially if you’re looking for a laid-back setting with one-of-a-kind pizza that takes center stage. Worth a stop for that impasto integrale alone! 👍🐕Extra 👍🙏Our dog 🐶 Toffee was also welcome with a bowl of fresh water 💦 thx

Mixed feelings here. In a busy late Sunday dinner, the staff was visibly overwhelmed (and understandably tired) but a primary mistake occurred. Our orders were taken, and two of the dishes turned up in lightning speed, almost simultaneously with the drinks, and ahead of the pizzas, however one of them did only after insisted requests, after all of us had almost finished eating

I love my food! Eaten around the world. The seafood is so fresh, each dish not just seafood is unique and thought through flavours. This place has honestly some of the tastiest food I have eaten in south Sardinia. The tuna pistachio was delightful. Everything packed with flavour

I’ve been to Corte Noa several times in the past for corporate dinners since I work in the area. This time I went with friends, as I already knew the place and it was close by. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We were a group of six but were seated at a table meant for four, placed right by the entrance: on one side was the kitchen exit (constant traffic of waiters), and on the other, the entrance desk where everyone walked past. Not exactly a pleasant spot for dinner. The pizzas were average — certainly not the worst I’ve had, but also far from memorable. They left a rather heavy feeling afterwards. The main issue, however, was the service. Unlike the usual Sardinian warmth and hospitality, it felt slow, disorganized, and at times unprofessional. A young, inexperienced waitress who struggled with Italian was repeatedly sent to our table, making communication frustrating. We ordered a Coke in a can but only received it in a glass, without being shown the packaging — and it didn’t taste like the original brand. Water was requested three times before it finally arrived, brought by a senior waitress in the rudest possible manner: she slammed the bottle on the table and loudly announced, “The water is here!”. This same waitress consistently showed a lack of patience and professionalism. She made no effort to communicate with half of our group who spoke Spanish (a language close enough to Italian to at least try), instead acting annoyed by our presence. Her attitude and unfriendly expressions throughout the evening left us feeling unwelcome. Everyone has bad days, but in hospitality, professionalism matters. Sadly, this was far from the warm and enjoyable dining experience one expects...
