Terrible service. We ordered two Aperol Spritz and coffee, and when I went inside to pay, I politely asked to be checked out. The waitress told me to wait inside, even though the payment terminal was literally right next to me at the table. After waiting, she finally came, grabbed the terminal that had been there all along, and then carelessly asked which table was mine. She acted the same way when taking my partner’s order. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. If she doesn’t like working there, maybe she shouldn’t. September 20, 2025. Lunchtime

Oggi (16/3/2025) mi sono recato a pranzo con la mia famiglia. Il servizio iniziale è stato positivo, grazie a un cameriere gentile ed efficiente. Abbiamo consumato il pasto e pagato il conto di circa 50 €.

Tuttavia, l’esperienza è stata rovinata da un episodio assurdo: mia figlia di 12 anni ha chiesto un semplice bicchiere d'acqua al banco e le è stato servito un bicchiere di acqua di fonte, direttamente dal rubinetto del bar, con l’aggiunta di un costo di 1,30 €! Trovo inammissibile approfittarsi in questo modo dei clienti, soprattutto in una stagione turistica così florida.

Quel bicchiere d'acqua ha avuto un prezzo ben più alto per il locale: non tornerò più e, nei prossimi giorni di permanenza in zona, avranno perso almeno 300 € di incassi da parte nostra. È incredibile che, con un panorama mozzafiato come quello delle Dolomiti, ci si perda in simili atteggiamenti. Un vero...
