Bland food and a bland interior design.

The restaurant is located in the basement of a modern building. This does not provide for a cosy atmosphere, and there are no windows which could provide for some natural light.

Further, from the dining area you look into an open kitchen of cold metal tables used for preparing the pizzas. I guestimate that in Italy the pizzas are always prepared in open kitchens so that the guests can see they do not use frozen pizzas from Dr. Oetker, which is headquartered in a non-existing place somewhere in Germany.

There's another separate kitchen as well for the other dishes. The interior is decorated with a modern wood decor, but without any rustic feel to it. I agree with the other reviews that say the atmosphere is rather cold overall.

I did not experience any long waiting time for the food to arrive or a rude manager. The waitress was indeed very nice and professional.

But what's perhaps even worse than the interior is that the food was also bland. I had the venison goulasch (Hirschgulasch) with baked slices of polenta. It came with pieces of slightly baked red and yellow bell pepper, and king oyster mushroom (Kräuterseitling), which had no...

Ero venuto altre volte in questo locale e mi tornava sempre comodo per la posizione. Di solito non faccio recensioni, ma non essendomi mai capitata una cosa del genere voglio avvisare gli avventori che, come si legge da altre recensioni, negli anni la cortesia e l' onesta del personale è andata diminuendo. Questo è ciò che è successo: Ho chiamato il locale per poter essere sicuro di non fare un viaggio in macchina a vuoto, chiamato alle 20:21 chiedendo se la cucina fosse ancora aperta; mi hanno risposto che la cucina avrebbe chiuso alle 21:30 e la pizzeria alle 22:00. Arrivati nel locale alle 20:35, mi viene detto che la cucina è gia' chiusa e con molta sufficienza che al massimo potevo ordinare una pizza. Visti gli orari dei locali circostanti ormai non potevamo più andarcene, avremmo trovato chiuso altrove. Quindi, abbiamo preso una pizza e un'acqua minerale. Arrivati al momento del pagamento mi chiedono se va tutto bene, declino la questione per evitare polemiche e mi viene di nuovo chiesto se fossi felice nonostante il problema con cucina chiusa. Io faccio notare che avevo chiamato proprio per sapere gli orari di chiusura. A questo punto, la cameriera con fare stizzito mi dice che non possono sapere quando chiude la cucina e inventa un mare di scuse. Nessuna scusa è valida, il personale del ristorante deve sapere quando chiude la cucina, e sempre il personale deve gestire chiamate e prenotazioni senza fornire informazioni false o fuorvianti. Se si dice a un cliente che la cucina è aperta fino alle 21:30 e poi alle 20:35 è chiusa, è un raggiro. Mi sarebbe bastato che qualcuno si fosse scusato per il palese errore, invece che tirare fuori scuse assurde. Spero che il guadagno, di 2 pizze, valga la perdita di un cliente...

Food probably amazing. I and my son came down for a pizza. 40 min wait to take a drink order. We ordered 2 pizzas only (I didn’t want make any complex orders so we get food quick) . 2 pizzas. Waited for almost 2 hours until all the tables cleared around us we still had no pizza. I paid for appetizers and left. It does not take two hours to cook pizza.
