This is truly an amazing restaurant with high-quality food. The meat is incredible, and the decor and overall atmosphere are wonderful. I have been coming here for several years during my family ski trips, and it has always been a highlight.
However, our experience last week left a disappointing impression.
We arrived as a group of seven people, and unfortunately the service started off poorly. No one greeted us when we arrived or offered us menus. Since most of our group was visiting for the first time, a short introduction to the restaurant or a few recommendations would have been greatly appreciated, but we did not receive any. The restaurant was also not particularly busy at the time, which made the lack of attention even more surprising.
After about ten minutes of looking at the menu, our server finally approached the table. Without saying hello, she simply stood there with a notepad and pen in silence. We assumed this meant it was time to order, so we did.
The food itself was excellent, as always, and the quality of the meat was outstanding. Unfortunately, the service continued to be disappointing. After finishing our meal, no one came to check on us or offer dessert or additional wine. I had to repeatedly ask the servers for the dessert menu. It felt as though we were bothering them every time we asked for something.
The same situation happened when we asked for the bill. I had to ask three different servers before it finally arrived, and then again ask for someone to process the payment. By that point it felt quite ridiculous.
By the end of the evening the entire table was frustrated with the service, which was a real shame. For a restaurant of this quality, service should be part of the overall experience.

I recently visited your restaurant for the first time and was deeply disappointed by the service. Despite spending over 700 EUR on our meal, we encountered a series of frustrating incidents that significantly impacted our dining experience.
Firstly, we had to wait an unreasonably long time for our waitress to arrive, only for her to then mix up our orders. This was highly inconvenient, especially given the premium price we were paying.
Secondly, after finishing our dinner, we requested a glass of vodka for the two gentlemen in our group. However, despite waiting for 20 minutes, our waitress refused to serve us, claiming it was two minutes past 11 PM. This was particularly frustrating, as we were still enjoying our evening and had not been informed of any time restrictions on alcohol service.
Thirdly, when we asked to speak with the manager, our waitress provided a phone number but confidently stated that the manager would not answer our call. This dismissive attitude was unacceptable and made us feel unheard and undervalued as customers.
Finally, to make matters worse, our waitress questioned whether we were from the “countryside,” implying that we were not residents of Italy. This comment was offensive and discriminatory, making us feel unwelcome and alienated.
Overall, our experience at your restaurant was highly disappointing. The poor service, unprofessional behavior of the waitress, and discriminatory remarks left a lasting negative impression. Regrettably, I will not be returning and cannot recommend your establishment to others. One star is too much for you!!!!!

The main issue revolved around the service we received. The waitress brought all the starters and mains to our table simultaneously, resulting in a chaotic and cramped dining experience. The table quickly became cluttered, making it challenging for us to enjoy our meals properly. Some of us ended up eating cold appetizers alongside hot mains, which significantly diminished the dining experience.
Upon expressing our concerns to the manager, we were met with a dismissive response. The manager insisted that the mishap was our fault for not ordering 'in order' and went so far as to claim that we were the first guests ever to complain about such an issue. This lack of acknowledgment and customer service left a sour taste, especially considering it was my milestone 40th birthday celebration.
