Awful service and environment…trapped in the 1960’s. It may be that we were English but as soon as we walked in the staff looked at each other and we instantly felt unwelcome. We didn’t want to stay long after this so tried to order two drinks and apple strudel, the waiter confirmed this was fine and after she spoke with the manager we were told the strudel wasn’t available and we had to move tables. Impossibile sia solo una stella. Dovrebbe essere almeno un 3 superiore x quanto è pulito ed organizzato. La nostra camera era enorme con un sacco di punti di appoggio ove tenere l'attrezzatura x il trekking. Balcone spaziosissimo e pulito con poltroncine comode e tavolino dove leggere o rilassarsi post escursione. Bagno grande e comodo, finestrato e con bidet, con doccia spaziosa. Pulizia impeccabile e lo staff super cordiale, simpatico e disponibile. Colazione ricca torte fatte in casa buonissime, varietà di cereali e salum/formaggi e vari tipi di pane.
