Dopo aver chiamato per chiedere opzioni vegetariane ed essersi sentiti dire che ce n’era in abbondanza, nel menú trovo solo forse due insalate che soddisfano questa mia richiesta. Già dall’inizio chiediamo un’informazione su un piatto al cameriere che farfuglia qualcosa ma non sa bene che rispondere, e vabbè. Nel menú erano presenti i canederli al formaggio in brodo per cui, pensando fossero una variante vegetariana ordino quelli con i crauti come contorno. Al loro posto mi arriva la zuppa di manzo con lo speck e zero crauti. Richiedo i crauti una seconda volta e faccio notare l’ordine sbagliato. Mi portano il piatto che avevo ordinato ma erano la ricetta originale con lo speck. Fine della breve cena triste.
