Ristorante Pizzeria - Platzl — Restaurant in Pustertal - Val Pusteria

We arrived at 9:20 looking for a late night food (as it was described here in google maps and the closing time is 10:30), only pizza was available but the waiter was too rude with us and we felt like he’s waiting to get rid of us since we got in the restaurant until we left. Pizza was served quickly but not divided , I asked for another knife because it was difficult to cut using the dinner knife but he walked away and said (I don’t have) . I ordered a simple cheeseburger with fries and a schnitzel with fries that I got after 1 hour of waiting. The fries were cold and soggy. For the cheeseburger i waited 1 hour and 30 minutes and still no food. I asked the waiter when the food was coming and he said its on the plate… 15 minutes later still no food. while other costumers that came later got their food!? how hard can it be to make a simple cheeseburger. Never coming here again. I would give it a -10 if I could not...

Ordered the Pappardelle Ragu and to say it was a disappointment is an understatement. Very, very bland dish with next to little mushrooms or Deer as promised. Staff was okay although we didn’t get greeted on arrival properly for a few mins. Aperol Spritz didn’t taste like it had much alcohol either. Probably much better places...
