I had a lovely stay finish today. Hotel staff especially Lara were very helpful and friendly. Not full marks because of the lack of personal control over room temperature (inspite of panel, the temperature stayed max 23 deg) or bathroom heating element for wet clothes n towel. It is slightly dated with wear and tear changes (wall dent from opening door,)
Complimentary drink and bus pass is a very nice touch. The breakfast buffet was sufficient, lots of deli meats, cheeses, nuts, pastries to choose from. Even if you’re not on the first floor, the noise is hard to escape.| • Window proofing? Nonexistent. You might as well keep your windows open because they don’t block out sound or cold.| • The bedding is laughable. The pillows aren’t fluffy—they’re so flat you might as well sleep without one, and the sheets are tiny, like something meant for your kid’s Barbie doll.||This review is more about the poor condition of the hotel than the staff, who were genuinely kind. But if you value peace, comfort, and a good night’s sleep,...
