We dined at this restaurant with my family (4 people) two days ago. We were fortunate to secure a relatively quiet table inside without a reservation. What immediately stood out was the utterly inexperienced staff who lacked a sufficient command of English. The only staff member proficient in the language was a very pleasant and professionally adept Ukrainian waitress who ultimately served us—our heartfelt thanks and regards to her; she truly salvaged our evening. The restaurant offered a decent selection of dishes, and the food itself was quite satisfactory (photos attached below with the names of what we consumed). However, the wait for the food was rather lengthy, and my younger brother’s dish was brought to us only at the very end of the meal. We even decided to take it to go because it was too late, and our desire to stay had waned. This delay occurred because the waiter who initially took our order did not comprehend me due to inadequate English skills and mistakenly decided to present the dish later as a secondary course (which was unnecessary). Additionally, a significant drawback was the fact that, apart from water and Coca-Cola, the restaurant did not offer any non-alcoholic beverages (I do not consume alcohol), and the elegant bar at the end of the restaurant seemed to be merely for show. I sorely missed having a delightful virgin piña colada to enhance the meal. The alcoholic selection was also limited—consisting only of beer and wine. Thankfully, another waitress approached us at some point and offered us drinks—she introduced us to additional options and provided clear explanations. The other waiter remained steadfast with his limited choices. In summary, the experience was as follows: a beautiful yet undeniably noisy restaurant with good food, but slow service and a limited drink selection. There is a marvelous waitress, but the others would only understand you after undergoing Italian...
Read moreI went there together with my friends yesterday, we’ve been standing in the entrance and main way for so many minutes and no one on the staff was even giving us an attention and accommodating us but they are loooking and just ignoring us. Meanwhile I tried to talk with someone to ask if there’s any table for 4 and luckily there is one. We’ve waited for minutes to do order, we asked the staff if they have gambero spaghetti and he said there is but he doesn’t even want to tell which one is it on the menu. He went away and said he will be back with someone, but it took 30 minutes to someone to come into our table to ask for orders and he ask if we already order and we said kind of because the other staff said he will be back, but he never cameback. And we called another staff and he took our order and he seems mad. The staff are not that accommodating, The food I ordered was spaghetti w clams and its too much salty that I didn’t even bother to eat all. This is the worst restaurant I have ever been. We will never go back...
Locale...
